I come here almost all the time since I work here in the mall. I came in today on my 30 break and ordered an ice coffee and an avocado toast. The lady who took my order was wonderful. However the rest of the staff who was preparing my order took FOREVER. I waited 20 minutes. Not to mention the man who made my Avocado toast didn’t wear gloves and used his bare hands. And when he gave it to me I knew instantly I couldn’t eat it. For the amount and time it took it was not WORTH it I am very disappointed.

Highly disrespectful customers come to this location. I was cut in line 100% on purpose I was with my son and a lady came up to look at the water selection then just stayed cutting me to the point I was so shocked I didn’t even know what to say, the employee seemed to not care either which made my experience even worse because Nordstroms Cafe used to be the best but now I won’t be coming back.

Not sure why today was off with the service. The blonde gal is usually very nice. Today she asked me if I had coffee at home?!!! I’m not sure what she meant by that comment! I told her I have a long commute and by the time I get to work I need a pick me up. I work in the mall and this location is the most convenient and I like the coffee. I guess she is tired of a regular. Lol! She is usually very nice so not sure why she chose to comment the reason for my visit. Managers, do some etiquette training/refresher with your staff.

Well the customer service was wonderful and the protein bars were good but the coffee was absolutely vile. I got an eggnog latte and can’t even taste the eggnog itself at all just a burnt taste throughout the entire drink. Was my first time going here but I can say it was not worth going back to again for coffee but if you need a quick snack on the way out of the store I guess the protein bars are an option.
