Breakfast on the rooftop Terrace was easily the most satisfying one I’ve ever had. The space is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming as was Nora, who made the most delightful White Turkish Coffee I’ve ever had in my life!! The perfectly crispy sausage rolls were amazing and the fluffy & light breakfast burrito served with the freshest pesto ever was nothing short of delightful!
I literally can’t wait to go back and am already trying to figure out when we can.

This place is incredible! The scone way by far the best scone I’ve ever had, the lemon curd was divine, and my husband loved the breakfast burrito (it was a special). The cilantro pesto that came with it was so fresh and delicious. The ambiance is spectacular with mountain views, the way they bring out everything on beautiful wooden boards was so lovely, and the owner could not be more kind. I rarely write reviews but this spot isn’t to be missed—I felt like I was in Europe. I wish I lived closer but we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

the atmosphere at Blackburn oven is incredibly peaceful! The owner was full of joy and kindness! She took her time talking to you and making sure you felt at home. I have never tasted better baked goods I wanted to fill my pockets! She served her treats with a delicious side! I went every day this week and each day I got something new and I was never disappointed! I highly recommend stopping by and sitting down for a while

I walked 8 miles to this delicious and beautiful breakfast spot, and let me tell you IT WAS WORTH IT! Janel treats her customers like family and she creates a lovely atmosphere. You must go ham on her scones, babkas, and breakfast burritos. She plates them beautifully and this spot is a 10/10 for me!!!! YUM YUM YUM

What a beautiful gem! The rooftop cafe is perfect and the food is amazing. Try the peach tea and a cranberry orange scone. My soul needed this place.

This is hands down the BEST breakfast we have had in BV. The breakfast burritos are better than any of the local coffee shops (sorry guys) but they have homemade pesto to top it. Their pastries with maple butter or clotted cream is unreal and I don’t even like stuff like that typically. Then, there’s the terrace… OMG Idk who is in charge of designing all this gorgeous architecture in BV like at surf chateau and surf hotel and the houses and the Terrace but I feel like I’m in Italy here. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave.

Today was my first trip to Blackburn Oven for Breakfast on the Terrace, and it most certainly won’t be my last. The location is incredible with thought put into every detail. Janel, the owner and artist responsible for the culinary delights we enjoyed, was welcoming and helpful with every request. Our table split several items, and every bite was delicious!
The white coffee was unique and good to the last drop!
I can’t wait to get back and enjoy another meal on the Terrace with Blackburn Oven!

Blackburn Oven is the perfect spot for a relaxing start to the day. The food, coffee and atmosphere are amazing and Janel is such a great host (and baker!) It feels like you stepped into her home and she’s so wonderful with all of her guests. I went 2 days in a row while I was in town and will definitely be back again, next time I’m in town!
