First, the service was great!!! The guy at the counter was super friendly and cheerful in an inviting way. The restaurant was laid out well and I felt I had privacy so I also appreciated that. I wanted lunch but I was too early so I decided to try the English Muffin sandwich. It was so so. The muffin was stale I think and cracked as I was eating the sandwich. The potatoes that go with breakfast are yummy! No joke. The seasoning far surpassed what I expect for fast food but Wendy’s has always made good potato products. Best fries of any fast food. I would stop there again but hopefully at lunch time.

Nick was Manager on shift 11/21 and gave us the best snickerdoodle frosty fusions even though they had cleaned up since it was very close to closing time. Said he’d do his best and he went above and beyond!

Well, this Wendy’s seems to still keep their fountain machines working and their front cash registers employed with actual people, so there is a start.
Shame the crew there had a bit of trouble getting every order in-line to be churned put, but that manager on duty was doing his damnedest to make sure it was happening. A lot of DoorDash nonsense, people can get out and eat again!
Food was alright, tho. Doesn’t help half our food sat on the trays in the back for longer than they should have.

We walked to Wendy’s from our truck and the first thing is that their dining room doors were locked. It was 915am. We stood at the door and waited as employees inside walked past repeatedly. So then my husband walks around to the drive thru because they didn’t respond to a knock on the door. 3 employees stood in the window to talk about whether or not they were even going to open the window to talk to him. They finally said someone would come around and open their door. They finally let him in and then they just continue to ignore him. Way to go to the Manager for setting that kind of unacceptable service for their customers! Yes, she was right there with the group of them. They have a smoke spot right outside their dining room door as you can see in the picture. First thing in the morning and their outside should be clean and ready for a new day.
