I visited this Chick-fil-A with the expectation of receiving good service and food. I placed a curbside order at 5:43 PM, and my receipt shows that it was marked ready at 5:47 PM. However, I didn’t receive my order until 6:02 PM. I waited 19 minutes for my food, which wasn’t a big order. It was the seasonal sandwich, the Cherry Berry Sunjoy, and a large fry.
As if the long wait wasn’t enough, my large fry was missing more than half of them. It looked like someone had already eaten out of them.

Every time I come in afterschool, I am served by AJ and she brightens my day. She has consistently offered the highest service, which is always good at CFA but even more so when she is at the drive through. I hope she genuinely gets farther in the company and accepts any promotions she is offered.

Of all of the chick fil a stores in our area this one is the most consistently backed up, takes fifteen to twenty minutes to get a drive thru order out, and gets orders wrong. It definitely doesn’t help that when you go into the store to deal with missing items the manager doesn’t bother making eye contact or greeting you. They also consistently under salt the fries. It’s a highly convenient location, and it’s chick fil a, so I’m not sure they could mess the food up, but they probably need to do an entire store retrain on service.

Extremely disappointing. Went through drive through. Woman who took my order was very polite, efficient, and accurate. Received my drinks at the window and was asked to pull into a numbered parking place to wait for my order. Mind you it was nothing special, standard menu order with no substitutions or changes. I waited as three cars around me who placed their orders after me Received their food. After 15 minutes I caught a runner and asked him to check on my order. He never returned. It took another 10 minutes to get the attention of someone else who took my receipt and did return with my order. He explained Noone had called out it was for my parking spot so it just sat there. So, $35 and 25 minutes wasted on ice cold food. Tried heating it up and it tasted like crap. It ended up in the garbage.

I placed a curbside order during lunch rush with 2 full drive through lines. I wasn’t expecting the order to be out anytime soon, but in less than 3 minutes, all my food was out, and it was hot. It was the fastest Chick-fil-A I’ve been to.

Pam, the sweet lady who does the cleaning, was super warm and sweet. And the food came out fast. We went back to order a root beer float after we finished our meal. There were 2 girls standing at the register. My daughter and I were waiting behind one lady giv8ng her order, about 4 feet behind, waiting patiently for the other girl to ask if we needed something. After ages, bc the lady in front was making a huge order for next day pickup, I finally just asked her if she was taking orders. She said yes, and we placed yhe root beer float order. It was annoying that she would have let us stand there the entire time, while she stood and did nothing, but maybe she was just having an off day. She was kind, none the less.

Came here after a long shift and was ready for my chic fil a experience, im a first time customer and was ready to try something new; upon arrival i was greeted by a young lady who seemed very un enthused to take my order. As a i proceed to check out. As i received my order i realized multiple issues wrong with my order, on top of my food being like warm… i will never trust chic fil a with my after work order again, thank you guys stay blessed

Sometimes it’s easy to overlook your faithful neighborhood restaurants. With food that looks this great and fresh time after time, kudos to Chick-fil-A for consistency and quality. They deserve to be considered as something many cuts above “fast food.” Well done!

All of our drinks were flat and the food was disappointing. I’m so sad because I love chick-fil-A, just not this location. They forgot my kids brownie, got the order wrong & MADE US WAIT 15 MINUTES. CRAZY.
