Today was my last visit to this location. This used to be, in my opinion, the best Wendy’s in town until they got a new manager. The lady at the window is rude every time. I try to be extra nice to get a smile out of her but she just seems to completely hate her job. It’s the same lady that other people have complained about in the reviews. After having so many terrible experiences with her I decided to call and speak with the manager (the male manager with the pony tail). He was completely dismissive and denied that she was rude stating that he was standing right there and he didn’t hear her being rude. My husband and I both witnessed her attitude so it was very frustrating to not be taken seriously. This is not the first bad experience we have had with this male manager either. I’m very surprised that this man is still in charge, it seems other reviewers have had a similar experience with him. Overall, I won’t be returning to this location because of the horrible customer service.

Went to eat lunch today, and the lady taking our order was super rude. She wouldn’t answer our questions and just stared at us. We had noticed a couple eating in their truck and we are guessing they had experienced the same as us.

okay the staff at this wendy’s are seriously so sweet. one night i pulled up when it was close to closing, and one of the employees apologized to me that their systems had been glitching all night. he could have been rude or just said we’re closed, but he provided me with an explanation and apologized multiple times then wished me a good night. then tonight i went back and the girl working the window with red hair literally made my day. she was so sweet and they always remember my sauces. not to mention they give me at least two of each that i ask for. ❤️❤️❤️ if you guys see this thank y’all❤️

I’d give them a 0 tonight. I understand busy but rude. Don’t give half of an order, ignore the customer who walks in with bags of food…then makes you feel as if you’re wrong for asking for the rest of what you paid for. And, they had at least 6 employees I could see

My burger was a sloppy mess. They dumped all the mayo and ketchup in my burger and it was soggy as hell. Drive thru lady was not polite at all. Overall horrible experience.

Drive-thru.. Order taker was having an obvious conversation and didn’t repeat my order or give me the price. Cashier was very pleasant and conversational. Got to the 2nd window and waited and waited and finally the window slings open and with a “There you go!” my food was almost thrown my way and the window is slammed shut

The food is abhorrent. chicken was a fourth of the thickness it used to be, it is super dry. the seasoning on the breading of the as inflation grows, this company will die out selling subpar food at extraordinary prices. GL
