I use to love wendys but the last few times I’ve ordered here the order always came out wrong or I wasn’t given the correct item. They seem short staffed so I do feel for them there but definitely wish it was as good as it use to be.

Great prices menu but the staff isn’t the friendliest and sometimes you may see things or people just hanging around etc but only if you dine in..but overall very clean restaurant and good atmosphere. But if you do use the restroom I’d advise you to make sure there is toilet paper etc because for some reason the bathroom is always out of stock with the necessities and dirty.

Please put someone working drive thru that can understand English.. not everyone speaks Spanish & all because she couldn’t understand my order was messed up. I asked for Dr pepper and they say they are out, ask for Pepsi & she didn’t understand kept saying everything but Pepsi and even spelled Pepsi out. Then get the cup & it’s a tea… Then it’s like a kid cup… Got 3 4 for $4s and other 2 drinks bigger… Guess doesn’t matter since I don’t drink tea… Money lost again but a gain for Wendy’s… I will never come to this location again.

I’m in line at the drive-through right now. I ordered my burger with no onions no tomatoes. I see on the screen that they just put no tomatoes so I told him no onions, no tomatoes and he started arguing with me about what I said. OK dude… Even though I said no onions no tomatoes, it’s OK that you did not hear it. Please change it to no onions no tomatoes. It’s not a big deal, no reason to be rude.
