Kind of tired of all the fast food on the island. It has all plummeted since the pandemic, and never recovered. This from a fast food junkie, or ex-junkie. Wendy’s fall has been especially perplexing, since it has basically been the same guy running it for ages and you hear his voice through the same loudspeaker like he is Wendy’s personified, so you can’t blame change in management. Nor can you blame price, since they have increased it with inflation accordingly. Last order I’ve had plastic tasting bacon, dark and bitter fries, and melted frosty. You would think the freshest fries if there is a line, but nope. If you ordered on the app, the meal is already bagged ahead of time, using the leftover fries from the same overused frying oil. The meat just doesn’t have a flavor anymore other than that stinging, old oil grill taste. They’ve cheapened out so much even the bag that holds your food tears like bath tissue. No matter how delicately I try to peel away the seal, the whole thing will inevitably tear and dump fries everywhere. I hate when they think I’m some uber eats driver that will spit in customers food so they place a chastity belt on it. Everything is super greasy inside, from the fries box to the outside of the burger wrapper. Simple orders can miss an entire meat patty or multiple nuggets. Nowadays I’m far happier air frying some frozen fries from the store and tossing a frozen patty on the stove. Not because the taste is amazing, but because every fast food joint on the island costs more, tastes worse, and is a nightmare to deal with.

10/10 don’t recommend. Not because my son had a fly in his frosty after drinking almost all of it, but because of how unsympathetic the manager/owner was. He didn’t offer an apology or anything. It was like a smug oh it’s a fly…like it happens all the time. So gross. After a $50 meal, I’d fully expect at least an apology and not just a look and take two dollars and go attitude.

We waited in line for about 20 linutes, when we got our order the buyer were not what we ordered and the fries were warm not hot, we did not recieve our soda but we did get our strawberry frosting, so after waiting inline so long and the lines inside the restaurant was long also We just took what we got and went on.

I have to change my review after our last visit. The price is listed on the local menu online for this location we’re much lower than what we were actually charged. The prices were also much lower on the menu outside than what we were actually charged. I don’t know if they put up charges on their mand and did not forget to change their menu onmine but it was the difference of about $4 per person. One of the meals that we ordered was listed as being 669…. The other meal was listed as being just under $9. We paid over $26 for these 2 meals. When we questioned the manager on duty about the price and when I told him that the prices on the menu that we saw in the drive-through were different, he took 50 cents off of our bill and walked away. If anybody would like to see the screenshots that I took that showed the location and the prices on the online menu I’ll be very happy to provide them along with a picture of our ticket.
