Have had my food delivered. This is the worst on food quality and temperature. The manager on duty told me all of my food was bagged up while waiting 6 mins on something So my other food got cold. Heck the cheese did not even melt. They refused to make it right.. Never had a problem ordering delivery from them in the past. They sure don’t make it Dave’s way!!!!

Went to this Wendy’s at 1:30pm on a Monday and ordered a Small Chicken Club Sandwich Meal. One would think for $12 the fries and chicken would be good. Nope. The fries had been sitting there for HOURS before I ordered – oily, droopy and cold – and the sandwich wasn’t much better. I remember how awesome Wendy’s used to be, and I didn’t mind paying more for better quality food. Unfortunately, times have changed, and this meal was nowhere near worth $12. I’m kicking myself for not just stopping at Tony’s Deli for a fresh sub FOR LESS MONEY. I threw out the fries and fed the chicken to my cats. Dave is probably rolling over in his grave.

Went to this location for a quick dinner. Our order was taken promptly and as soon as we pulled up to the window and payed, we were told to pull around to the front and park. While waiting there were 3-4 cars behind us that all had to do the same. We had to wait for about 10-15 minutes for our food. Since we had to wait, we expected the food to be cooked fresh and for it to be warm. We got back to our hotel only to find that our food was cold! The cheese on the baconator fries literally was not even melted as pictured below. I took a bite of my fries and they were cold, so I tried the burger and it was not even the least bit warm. Every meal we had was cold! Extremely disappointed with this location.

I am beyond disgusted with this location. Every time I’ve been they either messed my order up, or gave my food to another person leaving me outside waiting for over 30 minutes untili finally had to knock on the window to get their attention…. Today was by far the worst though, as my girlfriend was eating her ghost pepper ranch sandwich only to realize there was mold all on the bottom of the bread. Absolutely disgusting. I have pictures and everything. Hope she doest get sick or they will 100% be hearing from my lawyer. W is I could leave negative stars. This is ridiculous. Check your bread before you eat there. Food is fine but you need to teach the employees to wash their hands and wear gloves. There’s a difference between a sit down restaurant and fast food. At a restaurant like this a person who is touching the counter and register and everything in between should not be touching and handling food directly after without washing their hands at a minimum. It’s disgusting to see this woman touch and take orders at the counter and then go back and prepare the orders without even washing her hands.

Got chicken sandwich meals for my mother and I late last night on the way home from work. An hour after eating them my mother and I were both throwing up and had awful stomach pains. I do not recommend eating there and will not eat from there ever again.

Tried to come in the morning for breakfast before work. Door shows the lobby opens at 7am and all the doors were locked at 8. Cars outside but no employee to be seen. Won’t waste my time coming here again.
