On January 2nd at 10:45 PM, I arrived to pick up a delivery order, but the lobby was closed. Since it was my first time picking up a delivery through the drive-thru, I went to the window to ask how the process works.
Instead of offering help, an older female employee began yelling loudly, saying I should have gone to the speaker first. She did not ask what I needed, did not explain the process, and made no attempt to help. She then told another male employee to “handle it” and walked away.
I was simply asking for guidance, not arguing or causing an issue. There is no excuse for yelling at customers, especially when they are asking for help. The behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

This morning I thought I would stop at Wendy’s for breakfast. I went through the drive thru. They young lady working the drive thru was extremely rude. She snatched my card from my hand. She spoke with a serious attitude in her voice. She gave me cold potatoes. I asked for easy ice in my drink but got lots of ice. When I gave her back the cup to remedy and give me easy ice, I also gave her my food back and asked for hot potatoes. She again snatched the bag from my hands. She then asked me to pull up. There was no one behind me in the drive thru line so I sat there for a while contemplating whether or not I will complain about the attitude. I eventually pulled up while waiting on the potatoes. She finally came out and rudely asked me to pull up some more. When I did, I asked her what’s wrong with your attitude this morning? She stated what is wrong with your attitude? I said well, I’m on my way to work and I love my job. Maybe you should find a job you love, cause it appears you don’t want to be here. When I looked in my bag, I had very few potatoes although it was suppose to be a medium sized potato. I have give this Wendy’s many opportunities to at the very least provide a good customer service experience. It appears they are unable to do so. I do not think I will ever go back to this Wendy’s even though it is the one in my neighborhood.

Super hard to speak in person or drive thru staff talk very low and with no interest at all on serving or trying to understand you neither make themselves clear when speaking, also very slow even in the less peak hours. Even if you go inside or to the window they still mess up your order very few can be mention as an attentive staff and friendly enough to correct others errors.

They messed my order up 3 times thats with us being in there. I ordered 3 Chocolate brownie frosties. That was the only thing they did right. My chicken classic sandwich i ordered was only to have Chicken & Cheese only no sauce no veggies and it took about 30 minutes in a empty restaurant. 2 cars in the drive thorough. Definitely understaffed and unable to comprehend simple directions or orders. I shouldn’t have to say I want 3 Chocolate brownie frosties more then once. It was

Wendy’s employee : 3 chocolate?
Me: yes 3 chocolate brownie frosties
Wendys: 3 frosties? What flavor?
It went down from there.
The chicken sandwich was the same way and still was wrong.

Came to buy food on a Sunday at 2:50pm. I went through the Drive-thru, from the time a arrived to the speaker it took 30 minutes total. 15 mins just to wait and order and 15 more minutes to get my food.

Went I got to the window everything was rush ” here are your drinks and food .” Everyone seem rush and overhlmed. I did not get a receipt.

This a second I have come in to this location and the service has been pretty much the same.

Two cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it was so slow. I was in line for about 10 or more min. Then I ordered the maple chicken biscuit combo. I was told that their printer was down and asked if I minded not getting a receipt. Since I was tired and didn’t feel well, I just said ‘no I didn’t mind”.. Then I’m told to wait in the curbside parking space so they can get the order going. While I was waiting, so was the car that was in front of me. I waited another good 7 min. When I get home, I noticed the potato wedges set hot but dry. And the sandwich was no better. The chicken was dry and the bacon was close to burnt and really salty. The staff wasn’t exactly friendly but not rude more like they just did the job and didn’t welcome anyone with a smile. Almost like they didn’t want to be there or didn’t care. But honestly I can’t I blame them ‍♀️

The entire experience was trash!
Long wait just to get cold food.
Horrible customer service.
Frosty melted while waiting on remaining items in order, realized exactly why it’s been years since I have dined at Wendy’s. Now I understand why they are closing hundreds of locations!

Tell me why I paid $30.00 for 3 burgers that had ketchup when I said no ketchup and were cold, and why the sandwich maker felt the need to argue with cashier over whether it was 3 or 2 burgers. Not satisfied really bad experience. Why now that prices are higher than ever is the service worse.
