I had a great experience with Meeka (I’m unsure of how to spell her name) on a separate visit and I always have a great experience with the male manager, but the experience today was terrible. There are two young female cashiers here that I see on occasion that have zero people skills. They stare blankly at you and maintain a nasty attitude the entire time, as if the customer is to blame for them being at work. I’m not even a person who does reviews, and normally I just ignore these cashiers, but the level of terrible customer service today is ridiculous and unparalleled. It takes zero energy to be a decent human being. Literally zero.

Used drive thru around 4pm 3/4 for chili and baked potato, greeted promptly, food waiting when I got to window to pay. The young lady at the window was respectful and efficient. Love Wendy’s chili!

Why did I even bother? Wendy’s is a waste. Waste of time and money. I don’t think I’ll ever visit a Wendy’s again. Sad, I used to love them. Definitely not going back to this one.
22 minutes to get through the drive thru. Only one car was in front of me. The place wasn’t even busy.
Notice anything missing from my baconator in the picture? No BACON on the baconator . The bun was also stale.
Fries were just chewy and unseasoned. Coke was flat. They were out of the chocolate frosty so I tried a vanilla—not sure what it’s supposed to taste like, but that was gross— I only took a few bites or (sips because it was mostly melted) and tossed it.
It’s like you want to lose business. ✌️

Wendy’s has gone WAAYY DOWN HILL, along with Burger King and McDonalds!! Their just ridiculous!! I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese croissant that had NO CHEESE and you could tell it was no where near being fresh. I ordered it around 9:30 and it tasted like it was 1 of the 1st ones of the day to be made at 5 or 6 that morning and it was JUST PLAIN NASTY and barely even warm. How come now days, mainly it seems any way, AFTER their wage hikes recently, that it is A MIRACLE to get good service, fresh food, some actual condiments, and YOUR ORDER RIGHT?!?! For gods sake! I could have chosen ANYWHERE for my breakfast, and I choose your establishment because when your food is fresh it is some of the best, but it is A TOTALLY different experience when it isn’t and when I WASTE my money on nasty food that i can’t even eat, with bad service to go along with it!, it REALLY pisses me off!!! I AM DONE WITH WENDY’S!!! I know the employees could care less but I want to think their corporate office needs to know HOW SLACK they have become. Especially the GREER location!

Awful!! Threw it away. Cheese was molded. Greens turned brown. Chicken spoiled. salad dressing expired. Even packaged nuts date expired. Salad literally stunk. Please don’t go there. You will probably get sick! Seriously!!

Last time, they covered my burger that was requested with no onions in onions. This time they didn’t put my sauces in for my nuggets. This will be my last time at Wendy’s. I really miss when fast food was at the very least decent.

This is the best fast food restaurant around. We live about 5 minutes from another Wendy’s, but we drive the extra miles just to come to this one. Everyone is so nice and they go above and beyond to make you happy. They have made my son‘s day on multiple occasions. They even decorate for Halloween!

Didn’t have the drinks I ordered nor half the sodas on the menu and of course the soda I got is just carbonated water.
No bake potato and would not refund due to being thru mobile app. Sub for bacon fry’s.
Meal 2 didn’t come with its main course of food which was a 10pc nuggets just crazy on top of being pulled up to wait 20 mins for food that was place 10 mins before arrival.

Went thru drive thru, only got a burger, was not very fresh at all. Had a son of baconator had all of 2 – 2 inch slices of bacon, which was very limp.

The Chilli is great whenever they ACTUALLY decide to have it! The service is slow,but then again what can you expect when the restaurant is being ran by Teenagers! Btw, Nice to new look and I really love the new drink machine.
