I only ordered a drink and medium fry, but they were hot and fresh. I wanted a large drink as I still had over 1oo miles to go, but they only had small lids. The cashier was very sweet. We had small talk while I waited for my hot fries. The lobby and ladies room were clean. The parking lot was clean free from trash. Very accessible parking. Easy entry and exit. Thank you for making my pit stop worthwhile. Will definitely visit again if I’m on that highway.

Terribly disappointed last trip. Decided to have a lite salad after church. Waited approx 5 min for the person at the counter to acknowledge us and say that he would be right with us. He had just taken the order in front of us and no one else inside. After waiting several more minutes………we left.

We went through the drive thru and some little blonde girl was extremely rude, busy sipping her drink and not wanting to listen. We had to have a burger remade and they were very snarky about it and proceeded to start giggling and acting childish when we were notably irritated. Worst expirence here by far! If you don’t like your job, don’t work there and bring others down with you! The food was cold and nasty, and the strawberry lemonade had near no strawberry syrup.

Moved here April 2023. Food is Always cold sandwich/ fries cold. Customer service lacks (I know it’s a fast food stop) never gives you sauces open request. Tried it 4 times and now I’m just never going to that location again. Wendy’s has always been my spot I like to grab a meal but this store needs help. Then when my meal was incorrect the doors were locked?? Watched 2-3 people try and go in and walked back to their cars..

Worst experience I have ever had. I’m not usually one to make a review especially for a fast food restaurant but it was outrageous just how rude the staff was. The manager looked like she had came to help bc they were busy which is understandable but was just flat out rude for no reason. They were openly bad mouthing other customers while we were waiting for our food and then an employee brought us out our food and even said he didn’t know why she had us pull around to wait and apologized to us for how rude she was and told us she was just like that and no one liked her. I feel bad for those young kids working in there.

This location was absolutely the nastiest I have ever seen and we have eaten here on several occasions with grandchildren. Something needs to be done about the disgusting way this is currently being run. Very dirty restrooms, sticky floors everywhere, yea empty(overflowing drain, not a single clean table in the place….garbage on floors. I asked for the manager/-/very little attempt to clean up the place. Food was cold after the order finally arrived with several items missing. It was always clean in the past. We were absolutely disgusted and really wished we had stayed there to eat. (We spent over $40 and it was absolutely horrible.

Went a couple of months ago and waited almost an hour after being told to wait in a parking spot for food. Went last night and was told the same thing to wait in parking spot and that they would bring out my food. After about 10 minutes I went inside to check on the food and the cashier already had my order in her hand and as soon as she saw me she quickly handed it over. I went home and realized I was given the wrong sandwich. Went back to the restaurant through the drive-thru and was told to wait again on fresh fries and that they would bring it out.. I waited for a while again, and again I had to go inside and, just like the first time, the cashier had my order in her hand while she was talking to her coworkers. Not only that, there wasn’t even fries in the bag when they handed it to me, after I was told they were waiting on fries. Both incidents happened during the night shift.
