We pulled up to the drive thru, it takes 5 minutes for anyone to answer. When she does answer she is rude and says it’s gong to be a while before she can take our order. Mind you, there are no customers in front of us, behind us or inside, and we had a mobile order to pick up. We pull up, she is still rude, says there is only 2 people working in the store, it will be 10+ minutes wait. For two burgers and some chicken nuggets. Meanwhile, instead of helping the line cook make our order she is working on trying to close the store early.

Terrible on every level. First, was the lady at the register. No greeting, then I said thank you after placing my order and she just looked at me and walked away. Wife ordered her daves double with no cheese, it had cheese. When they remade it with no cheese, they gave her a single. I ordered a baconator and received a thin dry single patty thing with a few slices of hard bacon. Told them the baconator is a double patty and was told no its a single, and I have to pay more for double. Uh, no… I’ve been eating baconators for 30 years and have never received one with a single patty. Even the baconator Jr. has 2 patties. Showed them the website which states it’s a double and manager still said no. They eventually did give it to me with 2, but it wasn’t good. Fries had zero salt and were not fresh. Every fast food place across the highway was packed and we were the only ones at Wendy’s… now I know why.

We walk in and no one at the counter to greet us. We went over a minute.Finally we get someone’s attention in the back and they come help us and take our order. The automatic drink machine was filthy, disgustingly filthy, out of Dr. Pepper, out of Coke, out of sweet tea. It’s also out of ice. We have to get the counter person to help us.

When an order comes in that says “NO SALT” on the fries means no salt for a reason. And the fries were burnt like you had no care in the world and was LAZY MAKING A FRESH OTDER OF FRIES WITH NO SALT.

I’ve been trying to put this particular Wendy’s in my regular rotation for seven years now and I just can’t do it anymore. The service and the food are so inconsistent; I just never know what I’m going to get each time. My last meal came with bacteria-ridden pieces of lettuce that were actually pink in color and they forgot to put in the salad dressing. I won’t be back anytime soon. Please get a consistently good manager that can clean this store up once and for all

Waited 14 minutes for my food which would have been ok but when I got home 2 min away nothing was hot .Every buzzer and timer was going off ,but no one was there to turn off both cooks showed up at the same time.

Getting a baked potato here is ridiculous. Any time I’ve been it takes forever to the point I end up substituting for fries, which end up being overly salty if you don’t have any baked potatoes on hand then say so. If you have to use the microwave, fine, but generally nuking one at home takes 4-6 minutes depending on the size. It shouldn’t ever take anymore than that so I have to wonder if I’m getting cheated out of spending more on a baked potato for someone else to eat it by overwriting the order and getting dibs on thrown out food while I get stuck with something that can be a health hazard when they are over salted, and not at all what I ordered. It’s happened more than once, so now I’m calling it out. Be leery ordering baked potatoes if they’re not on their game cause you might be getting cheated out of good food at the expense and excuse of poor service.

Not impressed with this Wendy’s. I’ve frequented older, better, more hospitable locations. This one was definitely a cookie cutter version of something. It reminds me of a bright Starbucks that’s half rundown. The food might be fresh, but what you get isn’t worth the price. My wife ordered the nugget meal ($11) and I got a chicken wrap, entree only ($7). You would be better off going to a supermarket and buying food from the deli.
Also, we waited about 10 minutes for our order…and there was no one there. There were about 6 employees standing around…and finally we got our order. Don’t gete wrong, the staff was nice and friendly but lacking in the motivation department.
I’ll hard pass on this Wendy’s and probably others in the future. Fast food is steadily becoming an “I’ll pass” food. Just saying….
