After a long day at work I was too tired to cook for my family so we decided on Panera. I know this location takes longer than other Paneras so I ordered it online so I could just easily pick it up and get on my merry way home. Or so I thought! I went and picked it up through the drive thru; and this location has NEVER failed to get an order wrong or forget something or be out of stock of half of everything, so as I already thought they forgot my sandwich. So I parked and went inside and told them, the girl upfront was very nice and said they were making it for me. I waited about 10 minutes. She handed me a bag and I took her word for it, which is shouldn’t have. I got home and took everything out of the bag and noticed I only got a half when I paid for a full. 60 something dollars for cold food and only half a sandwich and I feel like I was scammed. I just want half of a refund or something I feel like I just wasted my money. We will not be going to this location for a long long time.

Absolutely insane ?? I ordered doordash and as you can see, it says theres supposed to be a cookie in the bag. They NEVER put it in the bag, and this isn’t the only time it’s happened. This happens EVERY TIME that i order from this establishment and it’s absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, I don’t even expect all of my items to be in the bag when i order from here. No wonder this place has 3.2 stars. I don’t know who is bagging these items for doordash pickups, but they need to do better.

Worst experience ever at this place. The soup sat on the counter for 4.36 minutes. Yes I timed it. I put my finger on it to show them it wasn’t warm. The young man put it in the microwave. Handed it back and said sorry the cheese melted and the croutons are a little soggy. And walked off. And the bowl was only half full!

Panera very often for lunch meetings. Unfortunately today I ordered 13 boxed lunches and one sandwich had a hair (photo provided). This was not a hair from anyone in the meeting as they are all men with short hair. I called the catering manager and asked for a refund due to the hair in the sandwich. They would only refund if I brought all sandwiches back to Panera or if they could come get them. Meeting had already started and I was not disrupting to provide them sandwiches, I told them I had photos I could provide instead. They would not accept photos. Needless to say for a $200 order we received a $13 refund for one sandwich, when no one would eat the others due to the hair found. Super disappointed in the way this was handled and will not be using Panera for catering in the future.

They are always out of most things, have about 50% accuracy with packing your order and what you get is generally just bread with the odd bit of veggies which is definitely not worth the $11.98 price. Pictured with this review is the Green goddess Caprese melt sandwich and what I got in my order. Looks amazing in the advertised picture, tasted delicious when I ordered it from a different Panera. I’ve always had a great experience with Panera in general. This particular one is the problem. Don’t bother talking to the manager. It’s of no use. I have once before received a full refund on a $60+ order when I reached out to management on their website due to their abysmal service and quality of food. I keep giving them a second chance hoping they have improved. But they have not and I plan on never ordering from here again. There’s plenty of other dining options around that place. If I were you I’d skip Panera on River highway, Mooresville.

If I could give zero reviews, I would. This Panera location I ordered the kids meal grilled cheese The employee let me know that sides were free so my son picked fruit. I told her that they charge me for fruit and it was supposed to be free as a side because that’s what the employee told me. I showed her the receipt that they charged me for it. She went to the manager, but the manager told her that a fruit cups are not free the employee came back and said sorry the fruit cup isn’t free. I said ok but we get the fruit cup and it was half full. Very disappointed. I will never go back there again. Not to mention it was 6pm and no cookies.

Food was very good, however, the service was pathetic and it was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY in the dining area! When I entered around 615pm on Friday, January 2, there were FIVE employees in the back doing paying NO attention to the front until I was able to get their attention! Very poor management! There are too many better options in Mooresville!!
