I was literally the only person in the lobby and it took them 25 mins to make my 4 for 4. A cheese burger, four nuggets and fries. I’m glad I wasn’t in a rush. The burger was good but my fries and nuggets were less than hot and you would think they would be after a long wait like that. I didn’t say anything because I know they could have been short handed or new but NEVER AGAIN. At least not this location.

When I arrived I thought it was closed. No line or cars in the parking lot. I ordered a chili and a pecan chicken salad. Chili was Luke warm. The salad was missing blue cheese. The lady that took my order was very rude. I see why it looked like a ghost town.

I just left here and I have to the say the inside was pretty clean and nice . The service was terrible . The guy who took my order didn’t speak I said hello to him first and he didn’t even say anything back . He Seemed to have a very bad attitude . As we know you never treat customers mean just because you don’t want to be at work or something outside of work is bothering you . If you want to have an attitude stay at home .

We asked we CHEESE SAUCE with our nuggets they gave BBQ SAUCE INSTEAD. And then we order 2 10pc nuggets got 1 10ct and 1 6ct. And then proceeded to talk in Spanish so we couldn’t understand what they were saying but they didn’t know we knew Spanish and we called them out on it and the manager said she didn’t know anyone who works there’s names and said she was the GM but was actually only a shift manager and refused to help us get our cheese because they said we didn’t order it so we ain’t getting it . Will not be going back there

The cashier was very patient and helpful, guiding me through the menu inside. My first grilled chicken sandwich had extremely dry chicken. Not from overcooking, but from sitting too long. They remade it right away. I waited a few minutes, and it was very good! Fries extra crispy, no salt, were perfect. Soda ratios are right, chocolate Frosty seemed better than elsewhere. Dining room, restroom, and exterior were just about spotless.

The lady in the drive thru asked me if I wanted to upgrade to medium or large since they were out of small cups, I told her I did not want to purchase an upgrade just because they were out of supplies. She handed me a medium cup halfway filled with soda. So unprofessional, common courtesy would just give me the medium for the inconvenience. It was honestly rude, and her response was that she charged me for a small. You would think she brought the Sierra Mist from her house, she should’ve brought some cups.
