I just pulled over a threw up once I realized the sandwich I was eating was raw. I waited too long, and there was a man with crazy hair in a tank top and flip flops all around the restaurant and I saw him enter the kitchen. I hoped he was just an off the clock worker, but this is inexcusable.

Placed an order on Uber Eats and it was completely wrong. Contacted Uber and they were helpful at getting my refund. Called the restaurant and the supposed manager told me to contact Grubhub and refused to even listen to the problem. Claims they have no control over how long the driver took, but the problem was my whole order was wrong. I order a bacon double stack biggie bag and got a cheeseburger with large fries. Wrong burger, no nuggets, and bigger fries than what I ordered. No straw for my drink, no napkins, and no condiments. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

I am writing to express extreme disappointment regarding an incident involving unacceptable customer service, an incorrect order, and major billing issues.
My party ordered a Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bag and a Number 6 combo. I specifically clarified the combo portion of the order with the cashier, “Marie,” who confirmed it. My initial total was $18.55. Marie immediately said, “That’s everything,” and rushed me away before I could confirm the contents.
Upon checking in the parking lot, the order was completely wrong (1 Double Stack, nuggets, and small fries instead of the medium fries and combo). I went inside for a correction. An employee immediately came to me and told me I received what I ordered, claiming he could “hear everything in his headset” and directly telling me I was wrong about what I ordered. This was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
The financial discrepancy is the most alarming part: I was charged $18.55 for what appeared to be a $7 Biggie Bag meal, and the employee insisted I pay again for the correct Number 6. I was forced to pay an additional $12.76, making my total bill $31.31 cents for two fast-food meals. To compound the issue, the employee handling my situation was laughing and smirking at me.
This was an incredibly disappointing and disrespectful interaction involving staff negligence, a refusal to correct an error without argument, and a serious issue with overcharging and double-billing. I urge management to review this transaction and address staff training immediately. I will not be returning to this location.

I don’t expect much from a fast food place, but this was disappointing. After paying, I was told they were out of all diet drinks and the Frosty. No manager was available, so they couldn’t issue a refund. The food was okay, but the lack of basic menu items and customer service was frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location.

Horrible customer service EVERYTIME we go we went tonight I had placed a mobile order ( obviously I’m aware it’s not going to be ready as soon as I get there if I just placed it ) the man at the speaker has an attitude the whole time! Sitting there with his window cracked talking about me and my husband being stupid for coming right after we placed the order because it wasn’t ready ( I only do mobile orders so I can make any modifications myself ) then we’re sitting there’s he’s very aggressive with everything can’t even make a simple drink right talking about all the customers as he was handing out last bag he’s screaming to the car behind us about pulling up when they didn’t place an order yet knowing he ignores his headset RELIGIOUSLY !! Same people everytime I come same horrible customer service same wrong orders smh
Updated : made it home we ordered 2 chicken sandwhich combos one with no pickles add cheese and a grape Fanta the other with extra mayo no tomato add onions with Dr Pepper
Got a regular orange fanta tomatoes on both no pickles on both and a whole slab of onions on the one as well as the one with onions being PINK AND RAW !!!! We also had got 2 ten piece nuggets that one came with 8 .. which may not seem like much but to spend $33’ is insane for things to be raw and wrong !!! Smh

This is the 2nd time I went to Wendy’s paid for a double and when I got home only had one patty on my burger. I need ppl to slow down. Again 2nd time im paying for something I didn’t get. Plus. everyone know wendys doesn’t do anything about it. That money is gone! On the bright side the staff was kind!

Once I drove up to the window, the staff was not rude but when I was trying to be kind and say how’s your evening they didn’t want to answer, which is there right but not much into talking lol. I also noticed the back of there computer monitor has a thick layer of dust, that really bugged me

It’s in the middle of the day, 2:30p, Sunday afternoon and no 2nd response at the drive thru. The asked to hold a second. Doors locked to lobby. Drove around and blew horn at windows. No response for 10 mins. Someone answered hold a second at speaker and no other response. Nothing on doors or online about being closed. Worst restaurant ever! No wonder they are closing all over the nation!

No spoon for my cold chili. No dipping sauce for my spicy nuggets 10pc. Do better. Take your time and make sure the order is correct before handing it out to the customer.

The employees were shouting profanity loudly with children around. The place is dirty, the floor sticky, the tables trashy. My burger was so mediocrally made that I lost my appetite.
