This Wendy’s has definitely upped their game. I’ve been coming here for ages. The management now is doing a great job being on top of things. I want to give a special thanks to MAIRA. I wanted to try just a sample of the new Caramel Cold foam. She made me a small just to try. I loved it so much, amd needed the extra oomph. I ordered the large, and girl hooked it up!! Usually coffee comes in smaller cups, this one did not. Not only did I get the “sample” small, but the large as well. Thanks girl. Much needed. The air conditioning was amazing. And the lounge chairs and fire place added some nice atmosphere.

This Wendy’s has really gone downhill.
Ive been there maybe 3 times in the last 6months, and everytime I have to pull to the side. Why??? I ordered i single meal, a kids nuggets and a frosty. I told the auto order thingy (not a live person anymore) I wanted ketchup. When we got to the window I asked for a BBQ too for the nuggets. The kid says the ketchup is free but the BBQ is 50cents. I pay. Im asked to pull up. I pull up in my big Sierra truck but theres a lady already there who wont pull up further. I get honked at. Finally she gets HER food and i pull up further. We wait and wait, other cars are going by BARLEY getting past my truck without scrapping it. Our food finally comes. Melted frosty for my kid, no ketchup (cause I wanted BBQ i guess) and no straw.
Awful. Get it together or get new managers.

Came into this Wendy’s and had a pretty painfully slow experience. Most of the staff seemed older and clearly weren’t familiar with how to handle coupon codes. I tried to use a simple $2 deal on a $5 sandwich, and it took nearly 10 minutes just to figure it out.
It ended up requiring three employees, including someone who appeared to be a manager — and even they didn’t really know what to do. I get that things can happen, but this really slowed everything down.
If you’re planning to use a promo code or coupon, I do not recommend visiting this location. It significantly delays your order and adds a lot of confusion to what should be a quick stop.

Ordered a number 7 which is small.drive thru operator doesn’t understand English gave me a double baconator large and charged me 5 dollars more than the thing I asked for costs. When I found out and asked for the correct burger that I was over charged for I was given this monstrosity that doesn’t even use the right ingredients. Apparently doing the job you agreed to be paid for is out of the realm of possibility for these people.

This Wendy’s is ridiculous. They have an AI ran drive thru, which is not the problem. The problem is that with all the technology they still can’t get the order correct. They gave me an order that was not mine, when confronted about it the took it back through the window which I thought was against company policy. They never put on the lids properly. So when I grabbed my beverage it spilled all over my vehicle and clothing. They are rude as well.

I got a chicken sandwich with nuggets sndfries. Food was way overcooked. Couldn’t bite into any of the nuggs. They replaced the food but it also was overcooked. Plus I was told I could not refill my drink. The manager was nice. The employees seem overworked. Had a free jr. Frosty coupon that they seemed annoyed with.

Management is EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE! I’ve experienced this on multiple occasions so this review is not based on one interaction but I’ve had them forget parts of my order and when I tried to call the store they either let it just ring or they’ll pickup and hang up immediately to avoid talking to you. I’ve had my food handed to me through the drive through window and after they closed the windows I tried waving at the manager last bc I needed my drink and she just looked at me when a blank expression and would respond until I just drove away. This place needs better, better public friendly staff training or something bc their customer service skills suck!

This Wendy’s charged a dollar more than every other wendys I been to for exactly the same order. When I tried to question the price I was met with a naughty attitude, ending with “We don’t need your business.”. Given the other comments, apparently they are losing a Lot of business and the management is fine with that.

What the menu shows vs the piddly little dried out chicken sandwich I got with one tiny sliver of lettuce and one little slice of tomato.
Wendys has really gone downhill. Their sandwiches that used to be great feel like dollar menu items now. The $3.50 burgers at Carl’s Jr beat this sandwich. A qdoba burrito bowl is twice as much food for less than the price of this combo.
Update: once again unimpressed when my $15 burger combo comes with three dried out value burger patties instead of the ones I paid for.
