Worst jack in the box I have ever been too. I use to work at a jack in the box 10 years ago and the service I have received the 3 times I’ve been to this Longview location would not be acceptable. I have only gone 3 times in the 5 years I have lived less than 2 minutes away because every time I end up waiting 20+ minutes. This last time I went it wasn’t just cold old food like the other 2 times no I ordered 8 tacos no sauce and 2 large fries, a total cook time of 7 minutes (4.5 if you can multitask) and I received only 4 tacos with sauce and some nice “fesh” cold fries. This time I called because I didn’t get everything I paid for. The manager I spoke with over the phone has no idea what she is doing, she blamed the window person for everything like he didn’t press no sauce and he gave me the food before she was done. His fault or not she was very unprofessional. I go back the next day to get the tacos they offered to replace and a free medium meal! Heck ya score…. No I wait another 20 minutes and finally get the food and what do you know I get 6 tacos lmao no biggy I go in to grab them “sitting right there ready to be bagged” and now I get the attitude from the cashier! Like you forgot the tacos! That’s why I’m here! Go back home to eat and that free burger I got of course seamed like it was made yesterday cold, hard, and just sad! Never going back and if I can suggest anything to anyone else, make that extra 5 minute drive, go somewhere else it’ll still be faster and you might actually get the food you ordered! 0 STARS

We were the only car in the drive through lane for twenty minutes before they took our order. When we pulled up to the drive through the lobby was empty. It took an additional ten minutes after paying to get our food. Let’s just say not fast food.

Haven’t eaten here in awhile and don’t plan on going back anytime soon. The pop machine was out of ice and dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The bathroom was disgusting, ring in the toilet and just plain dirty. Hate to think what your kitchen is like, gross!!! Don’t you take pride in your business? It’s disgustingly filthy!!!! Actually take a good look at it!!!

I used to eat Jack in the Box regularly. This location changed that, now I eat there maybe 2 times a year. This location does not know what “fast” food is. Every single time I’ve ordered from this location, they ask me to go around and wait in front, because my order isn’t ready in a timely fashion. Typically there is some other poor soul who has also been waiting for their meal parked out front too. I’m not a fan of waiting 10-15 minutes for fast food, especially when the food I ordered had no edits or substitutions or anything. 3 burgers, pretty simple.

I don’t normally review fast food, unless it’s bad, but the lady at the drive through window just before noon 7/16 was a delight and deserves a thank you. She was incredibly polite, and the food itself was probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever gotten from fast food. Good job all around.

Took about 10 minutes to make it through the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me, food wasn’t very good and I’m pretty sure the cashier intentionally threw out the receipt instead of handing it to me so I couldn’t do their corporate survey.

This is normally the better Jack in the Box in town. Today i ordered a burger and it was dry and tough, you could tell the burger had been made for a couple hours just sitting under a warmer for a couple hours, the cheese was crunchy and the burger patty and bun were dried out and tough. Idk what’s going on but if i can get my food made fresh as i order i will not be returning.
