I haven’t eaten something this bad in a long time. Ordered a Daves double combo and cinnabon pull aparts. I got home to discover the fries were dry, hard and cold, the burger was also dry- the edges were dark brown, so I knew it had been sitting for awhile. The cinnabon was very hard and dry as well. Just a terrible ‘meal’. I was very hungry, so I tried to eat it, but just threw it away. And it costs $21. I understand why folks are pulling back from fast food nowadays. It’s experiences like this that make me vow to just cook at home.

Best Wendy’s in town. Every employee has always been so nice and accommodating. They always go above and beyond and food is always great here. I canmt say that for other locations. Ti-yanna is a rockstar manager too.

I don’t come here often, but normally when I do, the food is warm and fresh. I ordered a single cheeseburger and when I got home, the bread was hard, and the burger itself was cold. Not at all what I expected. Really bummed

Don’t go here.. they suck. 4-5 cars passed me already leaving with their food…. Took nearly 10 minutes or more just for 3 tenders and a drink… I had to turn off my car because I don’t want to waste my gas… Long hair guy trying to tell me how long it takes to make tenders…I was a cook before you tool lol

I ordered a regular #1 without the fries or drink. $5.99 just a small burger plus a small chocolate frosty came to just under $10! Has anyone else noticed the changes in prices at many fast foods companies? Makes you want to re-think these options

I went there for a quick breakfast. Ordered the Rise and Shine 2 for $3.00 Sausage biscuit and Medium Coffee. The Sausage Biscut was good and fresh, however the Coffee was a small as the employee said we only have small and large coffees at this location no Medium as register receipt, advertising and signage shows at location. Coffee was fine.

Waited 10 minutes and didn’t see a single employee. Floors sticky, restaurant smoky from the bad oil in the fryer. Will never ever return. I placed a mobile order and waited so long I left it.

I went to the location on E Broad Street in Mansfield. The service is very slow. The workers seem to be confused running in circles bumping into each other. I made the mistake of going there on my 30 minute lunch break and the workers was giving out the wrong orders left and right. My order was given out to the wrong person twice!! I spent my entire lunch waiting on my order plus another 15 minutes!! IF the food wasn’t so good I would quit going to Wendy’s altogether. Beware of the mobile app!! I used it to order the 5 dollar biggie bag which should of cost me just under 6 bucks but when I submitted the order, it was charged 24.98!! I’m still trying t9 get my money back and their customer service phone number is useless as it will place u on hold for about 30 minutes and then the call will hang up!! Ridiculous!! What kind of people do you have employed?? Wow!

Terrible! Went through the drive thru at 2pm today. By the time we got to the house 3 minutes away the food was cold like it had literally been pulled from the fridge! A burger and fries. Never again.

When you place a drive thru order it shows up on the display screen, a receipt is generated, money is collected and food is placed in a bag. What could go wrong? It would be really nice if the correct food was placed in the bag. Doesn’t seem unreasonable except at Wendy’s on FM423.Two visits in a row, collected the money but shorted our food order then don’t answer their phone or respond to a message. My review is exactly what the previous reviewer experiences as well.
