The morning crew had great attitudes with smiles on their faces that were genuine, they got the order right, and over all demonstrated outstanding customer service. Customer service has gone down hill in a lot of places such as McDonalds and Burger King, this is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this location.

Want to start out and say the service and the breakfast baconator was good. This issue is about cleanliness. When I pulled up to pay the young gentleman at the 2nd window the black jacket he was wearing was covered in what I can only assume would be dog/cat hair. Didn’t mind it. I didn’t think it could make contact with my food. It did. The same employee that took my payment also packaged my food. As I went to grab the breakfast potatoes there was a white hair strand on top of it that I can only assume came from him. Still ate my breakfast baconator as I assumed it was made separately by a different team member and it was wrapped. Seeing this also made me forego my soft drink.

We went to try the Krabby Patty Meal. We were hoping for so much more. The burger has a special sauce which our 12yr old son said was good. The frosty has a pineapple syrup which needs to be stirred into the frosty after you get it. They don’t have toys or anything special just stickers. The marketing for this could have been so much better. This is probably the only time we will eat at Wendy’s. It seems as if they don’t want to invest into updating or improving the menu. The store was not busy for a Friday afternoon. It was very clean inside. The service was good but it did smell older inside. The fountain drinks didn’t seem to taste right even with trying several different ones. Our son gives his meal an 8/10, I give the single meal a 5/10. It was just ok.

Order baconator fries they didn’t put any cheese sauce in it. They didn’t give me a fork. I was at work and had somebody pick it up. It was a mobile order when I called in. The guy gave me a serious attitude. Told me I was lying after I told him I was at work and had somebody pick it up for me. He was like well I can remake it for you yeah cause I can get right there obviously that’s why someone else picked it up for me. Terrible customer service with this guy Nick was his name.

The food is okay and the 4 for 4 is a great value, but this location is awful. Every… single…time… that I am here, there is mass confusion with the staff, the wait time to both order and to get your order is horrible and the order is messed up. It’s not worth the aggravation. The management really needs to get their act together. The wait from arrival to food on table was right at a 1/2 hour. There was one table dining and one person waiting on food when we arrived. There were no less than four employees standing doing nothing. Fix the employee issue and it would be fine.

This post is for the cashier who for the first time I’ve been through this Wendy’s got my order correct of a chocolate brownie batter frosty with toffee pieces and extra batter. I’ve been severely disappointed every time ive been in that my order was just never quite right until you. I was able to overhear you even telling the cooks my order just to make sure it was correct, so I know it was all you! I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name but I doubt the other employees slayed even half as hard with their makeup. Hopefully management takes the time to acknowledge that you’re the reason for the review and you eventually see this!

The store has a great deal of signage announcing that the strawberry frosty was back. Yet all they had was vanilla. (Which isn’t even a flavor listed) .

worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I just paid $12.31 for a bds biggie bag. Have any of you ever payed $12.31 for a biggie bag?? Worst part is I went to Wendy’s today for lunch because I didnt have much money to spend. Unfortunately neither did I have the heart to just drive away after hearing the total. I also just moved here right next to this Wendy’s, but sure won’t be coming back. Really unfortunate. Feels like I got robbed
