The lady who works there named Susan was being extremely disrespected by a customer in the drive thru line. I was in the vehicle behind and I watched everything. A young man was cussing at her and she handled it to the best of her ability. She treated me with great service even though I could tell she was upset. She has amazing work ethic and I hope this wendys realizes how amazing she is! I will be coming back for sure.

Young Hispanic girl was super helpful and stood up and beyond her job. I mostly go there at 9:00 a.m for my lunch break and get the morning crew breakfast. It’s always a wait ( getting special order) She made up for it. Lunch time it’s usually always a homeless person just charging their phone sitting around. Only reason I’m giving a one star is beacuse you can’t leave zero stars they are unprofessional and sloppy they messed my order up and instead of him attempting to fix my order one of their crew members say their and argued with me over it the manager on duty a white older lady allowed him to sit their and disrespect me , I know fast food is hard because I’m a general manager at a fast food place but their is absolutely no reason why I would ever allow any of my staff members to be this rude Wendys just lost my business for good

All websites state drive thru is open until 1AM on Fridays. I pulled up before 11pm and sat waiting saying “hello” “excuse me” at the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window I was told by the employee at the window that they were closed. I’m not sure why they would be closed so early on a weekend night. But they continued to appear open (all lights on including big sign and drive thru signs), while having numerous cars pull up to the drive thru.

Manager Susan has poor attitude, she’s standing at drive thru not taking orders as we sat there I asked to speak to manager as I pulled forward she advised me it was her for the night as she told me just follow the line of cars, knowin I had been there for 30 minutes plus for a simple potato, Dave’s burger an a strawberry lemonade. Poor work ethic, go home if you get no benefit, my night was good!

Super nice drive thru super friendly manager, they hooked me up with free frosty Jr for a year for $2 and all the proceeds are donated to Abortion. This is definitely my preferred location for Oklahoma City the 1st part of this review I did over a month ago I started to add to it because I’ve been going back to this location and they know every time the food is OnPoint they get my order correct every time the staff is always nice and respectful and helpful on both shifts and like I said the manager is super nice and you can tell that he takes his job seriously and he is very professional and there for the customer

Wendy’s for me is always a good experience. Fresh and tasty , today I had a doublstack and fries with beer cheese on top and bacon crumbles and a bottle of water. Staff is always friendly and their app for pre orders on mobile ordering is user friendly.

This new location at the corner of NW 23rd Street and Meridian is a welcome addition to the Windsor Hills Plaza. The interior is fresh and modern; a nice upgrade from their traditional design.
