Came to restaurant to eat inside and once inside there was no one at register ordering or at tables eating so figured it wouldn’t take long for the food. After ordering it took about 15 minutes to get the food. They put the fries on the tray and they let them get halfway cold waiting on the out burger and nuggets. Burger was made extremely messy. While I was waiting at the counter the workers were just slowly walking around and the lady at the burger station was constantly just holding half a burger and talking with one of the other ladies with no sense of urgency to get the food out to the customers. While we ate I saw up to 3 cars in the drive through waiting in line for their food and some were coming back in because it was made wrong. This location was really good, but after this I probably won’t be giving them another chance.

This was the best fast food experience I ever had here in Louisiana. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly made in minutes. I was at the drive thru speaker and driving away with my perfect meal in no more than 3 minutes. I am so happy to see people going above and beyond to do their job right. Everyone working at this Wendy’s on this date should be proud of the work they are doing and I hope that other people in life could match there excellence. So happy right now!!!!

Could not even get anyone to take our order. They just glanced our way and kept talking among themselves. We went next door to McDonald’s and got great customer service and very good food.

Every time I stop I think service getting worse order was completely wrong and don’t think they really cared about customer service. Nuggets old and spicy when I wanted regular.I hope they work on their service and do better
