This is NEW ORLEANS so most fast food franchises are a 3 star. It’s average.

I walked in and it met my expectations, lol. The screens didn’t work so I looked at the paper menu. The staff is friendly. I received my food within a decent time, probably 10 minutes. Fries were very good. The drink machine?

No ice. No soda in it so I asked for a Coke from behind the register. Staff with no one else in line to order were…sitting and chilling. lol. Optics look weak but the food was fine and decently timed. As a former franchisee owner, I would be worried if I failed QSC (quality service cleanliness). It’s probably a 60-70% but as a customer, I’m okay with this. Now if this was in the suburbs, it’s poor. Good luck to the owner. Overall 3 star.

Save your money. This is by far the worst Wendy’s in New Orleans. Filthy, employees are an absolutely joke. Management were outside standing at the front door smoking. The dining room appears to have never been cleaned. The bathroom was cleaner than the dining room. They also did t have a menu. Wild right? The didn’t have change to give the customer in front of me, so they gave it to him in pennies. There’s a reason this location was a ghost town. Don’t walk, run from this place!! Thank me later!

There’s a big reason why this place is always empty. And that’s because it’s rubbish.Eating at this place is a waste of your money. Everything I ordered was wrong, including the Coca-Cola and the old, hard, inedible potato chips.

This was my fourth time giving this location a chance, and unfortunately, it was another disappointing experience. My food is consistently served cold, and the service is extremely slow every time I visit.

On this visit, the drive-through was closed, so I had to go inside — which I usually avoid — and the dining area was visibly dirty. What made the experience worse was watching my hamburger sit on the counter for about five minutes for no reason while the employee talked with friends instead of serving customers.

I genuinely want to support this location, but the repeated issues with cold food, poor cleanliness, and inattentive service make it very difficult. Management really needs to address these problems.

frosty machine always broken for chocolate. not sure vanilla is biggest selling vs vanilla but vanilla seems to be ok more than chocolate. also, tired of standing at counter for mintues with all employees walking around and looking at me with none of them asking to help… so great a lost is good customer service.

Decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat.
I was in the mood for the fish sandwich that was on an advertisement but I couldn’t find it on the menu.

Took awhile to get our order taken & when we finally did we have a nice drive thru operator..
Placed an order that the fish sandwich was made fresh and not double dipped meaning sitting under a heat lamp-then reheated and served.

Anyway we were asked to pull to the side which we did.

That took awhile and when we finally got the sandwich with hard as a brick and looked burned (see photo)

We were told they can’t give Refunds cause their general manager wasn’t on duty.
I don’t know how you can accept somebody’s money give them something you wouldn’t eat yourself then tell em they can’t get a refund.

Ok.

We asked that it is redone and was told it always comes out like that.

Ok we waited again for awhile and surprisingly it was made fresh and even though the crust on the fish was hard but not brick hard it was actually hot and fresh!

Seriously I thought I was gonna have to call corporate cause like I said they said no refunds.

Me and husband are from Mississippi, was here for a few days. We just stopped at this Wendy’s about an hour ago..manager was very rude, had a bad attitude wen we asked questions about a deal they had, and told us all their scanners are broken so no we can’t have that deal. It wasn’t the problem of getting the deal it’s the way she spoke to us…will definitely be contacting corporate,

If I could give no stars I would the drive thru worker was real pleasant. But when it came to the food being fresh it was not!! I asked 3 times nicely for the food to be fresh and i have no problem waiting. This is getting ridiculous when paying twenty dollars for food that’s not fresh it has to stop. And why when u call this store the phone ring once and the answering machine comes on to leave a message that you and I know they are not going to return your call.
