Cooking Medhod Our method involves dry roasting spices or aromatics on a dry pan, sometimes with a dash of oil or without. Some of its most popular dishes include the Rogan Josh, Bhuna Masala, Dal etc.. The most traditional and popular grilling method is using a ‘Tandoor’, an Indian version of a grill. We have a lunch buffet every day, we do take-out and offer reservations/bookings for small parties. It is our promise to you that we will provide excellent care, a lively atmosphere and most importantly specialty meals.
Warm Indian buffet in a roomy, contemporary space serving classic eats, from curries to vindaloo.

Food is very good. Service is awful. During hot summer days the air conditioning is off. We had to walk outside multiple times to get cool. My wife and daughters legs were sticking to the seats. We also had to get our water and pour it ourselves because the servers were too busy watching TV. Even after that they did not come over to pour more water. Pretty crazy.

My favorite dish here are the samosas, they taste homemade and aren’t as aggressive in flavor as other samosas I have had. The food overall is very good, the only issue I ever ran into was the spice range, the first time I ordered here I requested mild and the food was very sweet but when I tried it again I got spicy and it was way more balanced and not overly spicy.

My new favorite digs to get some really decent tandoori chicken and lamb, some of the best saffron rice I’ve ever ordered. Better than Yak & Yeti…& I love them. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Great Indian food. I had the Aloo Gobi spicy hot. Naan was delicious. Service was great. I was disappointed that the buffet was only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Decent Indian restaurant in the castle rock town. Loved their food and the staffs were very cordial. Finding them on the map could be difficult at times and parking could be little difficult during rush hours. Quality of the food was good and they have a good buffet spread for lunch . Would love to visit again

The Mutter Paneer is so good that I literally crave it. I’m not a vegetarian but this dish is so good that it doesn’t even need meat. Naan bread is fantastic as well. Best Indian food I have ever had.

Yum yum yum. A cute little place, with a nice atmosphere. We got the chicken tikka korma and the lamb boti and both were so flavorful. The chai tea had the perfect sweetness and spice. Came on a Friday lunch and they also have a lunch buffet available. Service was also good, and quick. Will definitely come here next time I’m in Castle Rock!
