We hit the drive thru at about 8:45 pm- the employee taking our order was cheerful and polite. When we got home, all the food was there and still hot. The French fries were delicious and not overly salty. The spicy chicken nuggets were perfectly cooked. I wanted to shout out the sauces too- the ghost pepper ranch is amazing with the fries and the sweet and sour sauce is fabulous with the spicy chicken nuggets.

I had the double cheeseburger with fries, and both were FANTASTIC! The cheeseburger was quite possibly the best fast food burger I’ve ever had, and the fries were crispy and hot. The staff behind the counter were friendly and extremely efficient, and seemed to be in good spirits with one another, as I could hear laughter and chatter while I was eating. I came here after discovering the location on North 48th street closed, and I’m so glad I did!

I usually love this location of wendys but tonight we had a disappointing experience. The girl who works here that has pink hair and pink headphones needs a crash course on customer service. She has none. No way this person should have this job. she was very short with us, rude and made it very obvious she was annoyed that we were there. don’t work in customer service if you don’t have the common decency to be even the least bit kind.

Ok check this I The chicken Sandwich. In anywhere else, chicken sandwiches take about 3 minutes.. I could you not, they had all my food. Crispy, good, hot, tasty in 30 seconds. Best fast food experience ever thank you 11am team on July 11th.. omg just great!!!

Ordered Taco Salad thru drive-thru, made mistake of not checking before leaving (shouldn’t have to) got nine miles out of town and realized they had forgotten to include the chili and chips. So…I had a salad. Won’t happen again.

Let me start by saying the staff was friendly and all of my comments are directed to management. The staff is poorly trained and/or poorly supervised. We arrived between 130-2pm. The table we sat at needed to be cleaned as did the seats. We did that ourselves. Ordered the Southwest Avocado salad. No avocado. The staff forgot to take it out of the freezer. The staff didn’t seem to know what went with which salads. Another trip to the counter was made to get the dressing for the Southwest salad. A taco salad was ordered in our group and it came with no chips or sour cream. Another trip to the counter. Several trips were made to the front counter to get the missing items. The drink station had so many dried, sticky spills there was no place to set a cup down to put on the lid. Lastly, when a bathroom has the mega two roll toilet paper holder, the queue to replace the tp is when one roll is empty, not when the customer has to tell the staff they are both empty. Especially when the bathroom is designed with the toilet ten feet away from the sink and paper towels. After what small rush of customers they had, I counted 10 other people, the staff congregated at the back and could be heard talking rather than checking to make sure anything in the dining area was cleaned. While the staff was apologetic, this was not a good experience.

In a rush and strapped for time, this establishment caters to the world of hurry. If like it a little more laid back then take a gander at their inside dining room. They have upgraded it from the 80s style and give a modern comfort feel. As always there is social distancing between the seating areas.
