Well the guy working the drive threw had dirty clothes on. Hair wasn’t in a net. Was disgusting and greasy looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. If your going to work in fast food you should have better hygiene! Oh yeah and he didnt even give me my receipt so I could call and make a complaint. We also sat in line for over 30 minutes waiting for our food and there was no one else there.

I worked until late tonight and I hadn’t gotten lunch either. So I stopped by our Wendy’s here in Fremont to get a double cheeseburger. It was 10:28 in a Wednesday night. There was a vehicle ahead of me in the drive thru so I had hope of getting served. I ordered the new Bourbon Bacon cheeseburger but I wanted two patties. The gal on the speaker first put in the pretzel pub burger. So I corrected her.
When I got my sandwich I opened the bag to check that I had the right sandwich. The patties, 3 of them, (I guess they were cleaning out the scraps) were DRY, COLD and shriveled. So much for Hot and Juicy! There were only 2 half strips of bacon. BBQ sauce on only one half of the bun. And there were no crispy onion strips. I called the gal back to the window (I never pulled away) and showed her my sandwich. She explained that the grill was already shut down. So I guess I got the left overs.

This place used to be good. Raw burger served. Mind you it’s fresh ground beef which E-coli thrives. Second picture is a chopped up ” probably unsold ” hambuger patty used in their chili. This is all sorts of wrong on many food safety levels.

Ate here today with my family from Lincoln! We ordered off the app and the food was ready right away! It was fresh! The manager and the gentleman behind the counter were super friendly and professional. I wish I remembered their names but great job and great food! Keep up the good work! We’ll be back!

I’m just sad. I’m not from fremont, but we ordered and they got my friends drink completely wrong (not to mention didn’t fill it all the way) and i asked for no tomato and got tomato but my burger was also not together and opening the bag 🙁 sad day.

Couldn’t get the order right. Messed it up twice. First time we said something. The employee grabbed the sandwich opened it with bare hands and gave it back to us and made another one. And they STILL got it wrong. Flies and Nats all over the place.

The 2 guys in there working were so busy flirting with each other they couldn’t get my order right. Then nobody answers the phone here that’s OK I used a credit card and will do a charge back and get my money back.

i had the most horrific experience while
coming in to pick up an order, Trenton a crew member is yelling and cussing as he throws the bun warmer while screaming “i didn’t break it so who cares” while a long haired guy with nose piercings is handing his vape
to a guy who you’d assume is a customer and blatantly just hits it right in front of the cash register several times, they’re screaming and cussing not even focusing on the poor people they have sitting in drive, pulled forward, or me and the others standing in the
lobby. Jess a crew member is
cussing and helping destroy machines. It was horrifying.

update months later — today, August 22nd, i come to wendy’s and all of a sudden while in my car i notice a crew member walking towards the dumpster, i glance over and all of a sudden he is literally completely inside the dumpster, his entire body no gloves or anything.

I like wendys but the Fremont location is trash. They get my order wrong every time. Dont ever order anything with crispy/spicy chicken because it sits for hours. You might get ice in your drink if your lucky. Bring your own napkins and straws.
Exceptionally rude service throwing the bag at me. Wouldn’t expect anything less from middle age adults with neck tats, seems to be a theme with their hiring process. Managing franchise owner needs to level it and start over. Won’t be back until atleast realativly normal people work there, not normal by fremont standards.

Chili, only reason I went there, was thin, & mostly beans. Not at all how I remember it. Got the baconator, burger was beyond well, super dry, menu says 6 pieces of bacon, yeah if you cut one strip into 6 pieces. I only gave it 2 ⭐ because the Frosty wasn’t bad. Like to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I probably won’t give them a second chance gave them a 2nd chance, bad idea ordered through the app, to pickup in store, so I could skip the drive thru. Doors all locked.
