Our family usually loves Hardee’s! The Frisco and Mushroom Swiss usually are very delicious and worth the money and the 30 min drive! However, this experience was horrible! Customer service was terrible as well as the food, which was cold and the Frisco burgers weren’t even toasted just plain bread. When I called the store to get a mangers attention about how bad the overall service was she refused to give her name, the GM or districts name or number and was quiet hateful and rude! I will never and will advise others not to eat at this location again. Usually I’d mark it off as just a bad visit however, the attitudes of the associates were uncalled for! And the trip there was definitely not worth the time not money spent! I hope someone takes an initiative to address this!

Last time I enjoyed burgers at Hardee’s they were called Thickburgers. Today, at Mt. Airy, Pine Street, had a Frisco and my wife had a Double Cheeseburger. Hers was definitely sour, spoiled?, beef…at least tallowed, downed beef taste!!! Took it inside to get money back but young attendee brought a replacement, without apology, tasted it in car, but same. We threw it away and would not consider Hardee’s…ANYMORE. AWEFUL, DISGUSTING.

Visited drive-thru Tuesday 2/21/23 around 8:25pm and ordered chicken tenders. Was told, we are not preparing any more although it was 35 minutes to close. Not the first time the availability of food has been less than what was expected. This is a very convenient location for me to visit for a quick stop to get a sandwich and the quality of the food when presented has been good, but they have lost my business given the inconsistent availability of the food and lackluster service. Does the owner know that staff is refusing to prepare food? Consider me done with these folks to give them more time to do whatever they consider more important than providing drive-thru and walk-in customers what they expect in food and service.

First off, this Hardee’s store (#1503302) is well known around town as not having a friendly staff and the food being a hit or miss but hey, it’s cheap, quick, very close to work so for an easy lunch it’s not bad considering. However, today has pushed me over the limit with this store to the point that I will not be returning until serious changes are made. I ordered my meal at 2:01 pm and returned to work and open my sandwich at 2:15 pm. My chicken sandwich was so saturated in old mayonnaise and my lettuce was so soggy and brown I was immediately so appalled that I started taking pictures and I am on this site writing this review at 2:25 pm (all same day of course 11/06/2018). This is so inexcusable and disgusting I cannot believe that something this foul was served to a customer. Absolutely disgusting Hardee’s!

Brought # 14 ate bout 1/4 of chicken to realize the rest of it was raw. Informed them of the issue took it in. Manager consistent on telling me I’m lying an it wasn’t raw. Insisted on argument an calling me a liar. Very rude from management staff will not return..

First off I want to say I’m not a “Karen”. My cousin went. I had a coupon for a chicken sandwich.i ordered it, medium Dr Pepper and a peach pie. The cashier asked if I wanted a combo, I said no. She brought our meals in paper bags. I opened mine and there was French Fries. I went to reg and told her she gave me fries and charged me when I didn’t order. I reminded her that she asked if I wanted a combo and I had said no. She went to get the Mgr and the first thing she said was she didn’t appreciate my being rude to the cashier. I said I wasn’t. She then started with a calculator said she head to figure the difference and threw a dollar down. I said it was 2.19 for the fries, at that this so called Mgr leaned over and yelled at me “leaned over the counter and said so you want it all back” I said i was charged 2.19 for them and i want it back, i then said boy corporate is going to hear about this. And I won’t be coming back. She again leaned over the counter, yelled at me and said and don’t you come back.
