Placed an online order and picked up at the drive-thru window. Paul always has such a contagious smile & upper personality with the customers. Worst ever! I ordered a simple ham and cheese combo to go in Mt.Airy NC around 2:15 p.m. today 3/25/22. I live far but should have checked my order. I got home and pulled out my fries bc my son loves them so I always give him most! Well this is what was in my bag! I’m so sick of getting cheated at these fast food restaurants! I will not be back now! This is just pure rudeness and you can’t tell me that’s a mistake! The box is empty!

I drove to the Hardee’s on hwy 89 in Mount Airy and sat in the drive through lane for 20 minutes and didn’t get close to being able to place an order.
So I drove to the Rockford Street location where I sat for 15 minutes.

After going in to the Rockford Street location however, the service was quick and the food delicious.
I even took the time to change and edit my review to let the Rockford Street team inside know that Rockford Street will be my new Hardees.

I placed an online order which told me would be available for pick up at 10:21. I was sitting in the drive thru which was not moving so at 10:25 I went inside. Not a single staff member acknowledged that I was there and waiting. I then had to get in the ridiculous long line to actually speak to someone. Which at that point they handed me my food because it had been sitting off to the side and not at the online order area.
I waited well over 30 minutes for my food. Which was sitting off to the side. Now everything is cold and horrible. I ordered sausage frisco sandwhich, and got bacon instead. I then went back in again to get it fixed and ended up waiting another 5-10 minutes. And the staff acted like they didn’t care. Had no sense of urgency. So I just wasted $20 for a breakfast I pretty much can not eat.

Wanted to get myself something good to start my shift for the day. Got some French toast sticks and a biscuit. The biscuit was okay but the French toast stick were disgusting and looked like they have been sitting for days. They were not edible, and hard as a rock with crusted powder sugar hardened.

Slowest fastfood place around. Sit in line for 15 min after ordering my food with only 1 car in front if me. Ended up asking the car behind me to back up so I could pull out of line because I had to be back at work. Didn’t get my food because they were so slow.
This is a reoccurring problem at this location. That’s why im leaving a review. I will take it down if they improve. On a good note the staff is always very friendly.

Came here 2-22-25 with family was first time my kids got to visit Hardee’s as we don’t have one near where we live. Jessica our cashier was absolutely awesome, she made us feel welcome brought our food to our table and joked with us made us laugh. We enjoyed our dinner for sure, you all have good evening staff here. Thanks for a great meal and good time
