The poutine was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The gravy and cheese were perfect. Fast service and nice people. My family really liked it too.

had a really great burger here with some friends, however they straight up didn’t make my order right? and admitted to changing it for no reason? i asked for a burger with bacon, and the guy confirmed i only wanted bacon added and didn’t want any cheese (i don’t like cheeseburgers). 15 minutes later when it was done and he brought it over he asked me if I was allergic to cheese, I said no, and he said good because he put cheese on it anyway because with bacon it would “taste better”. I was kind of shocked that he just changed my order. What if I had had an allergy and he would have had to spend 15 minutes re-making it? I would’ve been sitting there watching my friends eat the whole time. Allergy regardless, I still paid for the burger and it wasn’t what I ordered. Who does that? They were very busy so I opted to try it instead of getting them to re-make it or asking for a refund, but I didn’t like it and tossed most of it. I can’t really recommend the service here, but at least the food was a good quality – it’s probably great if they get your order right!

This place is amazing! I had an amazing poutine! This place never disappoints me. The atmosphere is so great here. But today I want to mark a special event that happened about a week ago when I stayed there.
When I had my poutine there, everything was deluxe and prestige as always. The treatment was always at its highest. But then some group of people went in and causing havoc. I am utterly disappointed in those people who didn’t comply with the orders of the restaurant owner.
Then the owner kicked them out with striking the phrase “Brother get out!” I feel really bad for the restaurant owner and it’s actually really sad that this happens in our world.
I will still definitely come back to the restaurant to eat here and enjoy. Thank you to the staff and workers that are out there in London Burger’s.

$18.99 Poutine lol they don’t make there own fries any more it the cheap frozen fries with shredded cheese barely any cheese $15.99 burger. this place had hit the bottom sad use the love this place. Wont be ordering any thing from here at this price for this quality of food.

We had just arrived to London, tired and hungry. Walked into here suitcase and all, they were polite and patient with us as we sat for a bit and collected ourselves before ordering.
The burgers were amazing, flavourful, and thick! Leftovers were had, always a plus. They have loads of toppings & various sauces to choose from, and we were offered a little bit of free ice cream as well.
