First off, the managers on shift were giving me stares. Secondly, we ordered our food and none of it was ready even though we ordered it as a mobile order. We got there 20 minutes after the food was ordered. What’s worse is there was nobody inside except for a car outside and one other person leaving. After about 10 minutes, we finally got our food and drove back home. Not only was there no napkins, straws, or ketchup that we ordered, but they also forgot to make the 10 piece and a medium fry. The service was terrible and no one should wait for your food when there’s adequate time for them to make them, and even less to mess up poorly. -10/10, would never eat here again.

Conveniently located next to the Best Western, good place for a late 8 P.M. dinner while travelling. The service was fast and friendly, and it is nice to actually receive napkins in the bag without having to ask for them. The Dave’s Double was made perfectly to my request and was hot and fresh, the fries were not bad, but the nuggets had been sitting under the heat lamp a little too long– they get kind of a rubbery texture when they are not fresh, but they could have been worse. Asides from that, everything was fine.

This place is by far the worst place to eat at, we went through the drive thru and ordered 3 large fries and 2 baconators and get home and had 2 large fries and 2 chille fries. Went back to get the order fixed and they even said what they put in, got back home and got the 3 large fries went to get the baconators opened them up and I’ll be damed got 2 double cheese burgers instead. They can’t even get the order right the second time around.

We had lunch at this Wendy’s location in Scott City, the hamburgers and fries were great, the location was clean, few other guests while we ate, lots of free parking outside the restaurant, easy to get back on the road.

Stopped for lunch. Service was friendly, polite, and fast. We had spicy chicken sandwiches. The chicken was quite spicy–a little too hot for my husband, just right for me. And unlike a lot of other Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwiches I’ve had, the meat in this one was also nice and hot–usually the meat is room temperature, but this one tasted fresh, hot, juicy, and like it had just come out of the fryer, perfect. The veggies on it were cool and crisp, and the sandwich was delicious. I had ordered a small order of fries with the sandwich, and the employee might have misunderstood, and thought I had asked for a small drink when I wanted only water, so I got a small drink cup and no fries. When I went back up to the counter and said I hadn’t ordered a drink, they refunded the charge for the drink with no argument (and I didn’t really need the fries anyway,) so it worked out well.

Must have been running low on ice today. The Wendy’s staff did the right thing….they sent someone to the local Love’s store and bought 20 or 30 bags of ice to help their ice machine stay caught up. Kudos! Where they failed, miserably, is when they broke up the ice bags….ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR….and then commenced to dumping and shaking the bags over the ice bin!! COMPLETELY CONTAMINATING the entire ice bin with whatever nastiness transferred from the floor to the ice bags to the bin. Three or four employees, one of which seemed ‘managerial’, all aware of what was taking place….but none of which saw it as a major no-no.
Done with Wendy’s in Scott City. Anyone who allows this type of activity, is perfectly fine with uncleanliness. Anyone who allows this can’t be trusted to wash their hands after using the restroom. Gross.

Took the Grands there over summer break, we were on a mission to try every restaurant in Scott City. Wendy’s was one of their favorites as they got to sit at the window bar and watch the semis come in. They very much enjoyed their meals and ready to revisit!
