It’s a new restaurant. They do a lot of their business via the drive-thru. They even have a walk-up window. Inside are kiosks for ordering, which I’ve never seen at a Wendy’s.

The restaurant was better off before they remodeled. They rushed to re-open and it shows. They didn’t have hardly any drinks in the soda machine at last visit. There isn’t much of a dine in area and it is usually hard finding an empty table. They haven’t served the baconator fries properly since they re-opened (i.e. old fries, cheese not melted, etc). Staff just seem to want to horse around and as a result never can seem to get orders right or never serve orders fresh

First of all I told them what I wanted. Get up to window and pay. No one behind me in line and they had me pull over in stall. Ordered hamburger no mayo. It extra mayo. Ordered chili they sent me salad crackers. I don’t understand why the person that own this franchise. Don’t sleep in that store till it is back to where it was as far as service 2 years ago. Very disappointing. Not going back.
