Wanted to say a few things, we have been ordering from the Ladysmith VA store for almost 10yrs now. Have ordered thru numerous employees over the years. However, I wanted to finally leave a great review. The store managers have improved drastically for the better, especially the supervisors, Two specific managers, Vic (now) & Wayne (a couple months ago). They have been so helpful, incredibly kind, understanding, and fixed our small order mishap. The app is user friendly and simple to place order. Matthew delivered our dinner tonight. He was so kind and very appreciative for our business. Thank you! Keep up the great customer service!!!

walked in saw only one worker working on all the orders waited ab 3 mins before someone came out of the back to ask if i was picking up said yes and he puts my pizza on the counter. get to my car and check it and they didn’t even cut it all the way. as a food service worker this is unacceptable and leaving one person to cover the kitchen is disrespectful and honestly sickening. please do better.

We have used this location for 4 years, and NEVER, NOT ONCE have we EVER gotten what we ordered. We are always told we will be refunded, but never do. I have spoken with management every time. It’s always something. Over it!!! I would care less if there were other options where we live, but there isn’t much in this small town.

I ordered two pizzas and a 2 liter drink. They forgot my drink. I called to let them know. The man I spoke with was very polite. But, told me all he could do is give me a credit for two fre drinks the next time e I order. Unfortunately with all of the different pizza choices in the area. I’m probably not going to order from there again. I’m literally 5 minutes from the store. Not sure why you couldn’t deliver it on your next round of deliveries ?

I called to place an order, the guy on the phone said hold on and never responded again, so I hang up and called back, when I called back and tried placing an order, he said they don’t have the particular pizza sauce I am asking for, and I told them it’s on the website, he oh we do have that. He said it will be 20mins, I go there after 30 mins. They charge me and leave, a few minutes later I observe he is just starting to make the pizza. I was so upset, I didn’t even end up waiting for it. I asked him for a refund, he said he couldn’t give me a receipt. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND BE REALISTIC!!!
