Stopped by at 8pm on Friday and there was a pool of liquid covering the entire tiled lobby. Was very unsafe and saw an elderly gentleman complain and the staff didn’t care. An elderly woman also said something and they didn’t care. Never seen a fast food business mop during business hours before and I’ve worked at multiple. Also never seen a pool created to mop and I’ve mopped multiple lobbies. Staff was joking, laughing, and having a great time while disregarding customers. Terrible customer service.

Multiple times where the food was just either plain cold or missing something on the order. Very sad after consistently bad service you think it will be different “next time” but it hasn’t changed. Plenty of local places to spend money on with much better quality and service.

Took almost 15 minutes and faith at the window was incredibly rude slamming the window multiple times. Instead of “have a great day” or “enjoy your meal” or even “bye’ it was a dirty look through a slammed window. Top 200 wendys gm? Id be terrified to see what the bottom of that looks like if this is a well managed store.

The staff are always smiling and ready to serve you what ever you order.. chicken, burgers or fries are always hot.. served within minutes.. order taker is clear and concise.. staff at the window are nice and quick.. I’ve never had an order come out wrong!! WTG Wendy’s crew!! You All rock!!!

Went there for supper. Hamburger was cold didn’t even melt cheese. Bun was dry. They just had truck come in and didn’t get ketchup on it. Only good thing about this visit was the fries were hot. But no ketchup to soak them in.
