Unlike a lot of other fast food places around town, I’ve never had any issues when going to Wendy’s for a fast bite. My order is always correct and the service is quick but polite. On a few occasions they forgot a straw or something but it’s so minor considering the terrible service from other places like Taco bell. This is one of my favorite quick places, and I highly recommend it.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have consistently received bad service during the night shift. I’ve tried going through the drive-thru multiple times for a bite on the way home when it’s late and I need something quick, but every single time my food is old. Old, limp fries that are caked in salt from being shuffled around 50 times before getting to me, nuggets that are past due for being thrown out and should be replaced with fresh ones, and the exact same for the burger. Consistently meals that are just devoid of any life…Finally, about the fourth or fifth time in a row I specifically requested that everything be made fresh so I could actually enjoy my food…I don’t like to be that guy…I know what it’s like to be on the other side of food service, but when the track record is so low that I can’t even get one good meal out of many, you have to try to push past that awkward feeling to plead for a good meal. The night shift did not grant my request and chose to give me old, limp garbage once again anyways. This has been a consistent theme over years, but more recently consecutively because I keep trying. I should probably just give up, but sometimes you need to grab something real quick and there aren’t other options on this side of town. I hate that not eating is almost a better option than going through the Wendy’s drive through at night…

I am etremely disappointed in the service I received this evening. I ordered a double burger without cheese and anything else – just burger and bun – plain. When I received my burger it had ketchup, pickles, onions and the works. I went back to the counter and requested a new burger prepared the way I ordered from the young man working the counter. He spoke with his manager and they argued back and forth a bit before slamming things around and giving me a new burger. The example the store management displayed for her employee and the rudeness with which I was treated – were unacceptable. I will not return to this location again. Do better Wendy’s.

I ordered breakfast from this location. When I got home I noticed some of my order was wrong. I called the location and spoke with General manager Christina. She was apologetic about my order being incorrect and, happily offered to remake my order. I truly appreciate how she handled my problem. I wish more restaurant employees were this helpful.
