We walked in at 10:20. They refused to come to the counter to serve breakfast. Fine we will order lunch. There was a large party behind us that the restaurant lost out on money too because they refused to serve breakfast. So we Ordered lunch and then it took 21 minutes to get our food. Yet they were getting drive thru orders out. Zero communication – no telling us what they are waiting on. No thank you, no customer service. We will not be back as this is the same occurrence every single time we visit. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. Bring back a local owner and maybe things will change here.

Worst Eendies meal I’ve ever had. I ordered the $6.00 biggie bag with a double stack, extra pickles and onions. The pictures will speak for themselves. The burger was a half patty, almost no onion, two pickle slices, and the chicken nuggets were almost petrified.

I’ve been on the road for over 12 hrs without lunch , stopping at wendys for a great meal but it happened that either the sandwich maker doesn’t know how to read and or whatever management trained that person is a total fool , all I asked was for no mayo and it happened to have plenty , asked for American cheese and guess what no cheese. Called for a refund and even offered to send a picture but once again management on duty didn’t know how to do one . I noticed these happened when I was already 30 miles out , their was no way I could go back .

Pulled me forward to wait on hot fresh fries. Watch several cars get their food behind me. Lady came out with our order apologized gave us a cookie for the inconvenience. Cool, right? Gave me three sauces for the chicken nuggets that I didn’t receive. Did not get the hot fresh fries I was waiting on. if you pull somebody forward, you should probably make sure that they have all the stuff in the bag.
