Be careful when ordering wings make sure they are cooked all the way they were very undercooked. I called and complain about that and they didn’t put enough pizza sauce on my pizza. I called and complained about that as well and she refused to give me credit for my pizza only my wings. Make sure your food is cooked all the way through. I will be calling corporate to complain. Decided to try the new Dominos that opened out her in the woods. They even delivered it to our house. Pizza is excellent. Great tasting and well constructed. Pablo the daytime manager was super nice and professional. Alexys was sweet and provided plastic ware. Food was hot and fresh. The spinach stuffed bread was amazing. Brownies were tasty and moist. Oh the jalapeño pineapple chicken is hot but goooood.

I have received my order wrong 3 times already. Today was total dispointment, waited for 20 minutes for my order to be taken the young man that works the day shift was very nice. At 5 finally staff started coming and he left. Took another 20 mi utes to get my pizza and when I got home it was wrong again.
I called and a young lady answered when I told im not placing an order but to let them know I received the wrong pizza after 45 minutes of waiting she said wait a minute and calls the manager and tells him someone is bitching out loud while I had my phone on speaker and my kids heard her.
I went back in the past despite the wrong orders due to some of th3 nice servuce but definitely no more. Just terrible experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent performance of this Dominos location. In the past, this location has consistently provided high-quality pizzas that were rich in flavor. Nevertheless, my last three orders, placed over a period of three weeks, have been disappointing. The ingredients and taste have changed dramatically. When I brought this issue to the attention of a store employee, they attributed the discrepancy to our supposed confusion with a a different establishment that serves pizzas differently.

Order 4 pizza all came out burnt! When we called Pablo who stated he’s the manager, he was rude and disgusting stating that the food wasn’t burnt he personally took it out. When we were informed that it was black and he may not see it as burnt we did. He told us we were lucky to even get the pizza for $7.99 WHEN THE APP HAS IT FOR 7.99 and he told us they will take that off the app. He also stated we are getting 8 pizzas when in reality the previous 4 we inedible. Someone who states they are a manager should never be able to talk to any customer like that. He stated he’s checking our previous history as if we are the problem. Checking these reviews I see this isn’t the first time this location has had an issue. With that being said I will not return to this location. Training needs to be done on how managers should talk to customers

Horrible service. Staff never answer the phone. Called in a delivery order and all of the drinks and one of the Pizzas was missing. Tried for over 45 minutes to reach the store and was never able to get them on the phone. Have experienced very rude employees in person as well. I will just stick to the local mom and pop pizza places from here on out.

This was my last time ordering from this location, and I feel it’s important to share my experience.
I placed an online order and waited in my car until the online tracker showed “Ready.” When I went inside, the wall screen also said my order was ready. However, the associate told me it was not ready, and I ended up waiting another 10 minutes.
When my food was finally brought out, several toppings were missing. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the order to be corrected. By the time I got home, my pizza was soggy and completely inedible.
This resulted in a total loss of $39.00 worth of food. I left feeling that my order had been rushed and handled without care or respect. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
I would appreciate if you could review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
