The girl at the drive-thru window was very rude. On the menu it says that there are a six-piece wing and it says nothing about hot wings but she said it’s only for hot wings and was very rude and has no customer service. She was talking about me to her co-workers and calling me names. Very Petty and definitely will not be coming back to this location to be treated that way.

Well here is the latest issue at this horrible run location.
1. Nothing but pure greed from the owners.
2. The food taste bad and very over cooked.
3. Drive thru takes to long and you get greeted by people seem pissed off because they have to work!
4. If you look thru the drive thru window it just looks dirty around the ovens and on the tables were the food is prepped.
5. They do not have butter for their biscuits!
I have attached a pic of the charge for a 3 pc tender meal and 2 extra individual mash potatoes. It was over $16 for a meal that use to cost around $10 for all of it.

Everyone do you part and post your experiences at this location so that maybe KFC Corp office will see!

Make sure they don’t add a $1 “charity” to your order, never asked me if I wanted to donate. Also never confirmed my order even though I told them I wanted fries, instead they kept the mashed potatoes.

Service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. I placed a mobile order and the sauces were clearly written in the order, but they were not included in the bag. When I checked my order, the employee snapped at me with an attitude before I could even ask for the sauces. Reading the mobile order would have avoided the issue entirely.

I understand this job can be difficult and I always try to be respectful, but there was no line and no rush, and the interaction was unnecessarily rude. After being snapped at, I went back to ask for one of the sauces I still needed because I was a little flustered from the interaction. I said, “Sorry, I meant this sauce,” but before I could finish, the employee talked over me saying, “Hello, how are you? Hello? Hello?” repeatedly.

At that point I just responded, “Hello, how are you? I just need the sauce.” The entire interaction was frustrating and felt dismissive over something that should have been a very simple request.

My potato wedges were moldy, and I didn’t notice until I took a bite of them after we’d already driven away from the restaurant (we got them via the drive thru). I tried one potato wedge and immediately noticed the mold, and then thinking it was just a one-time fluke, I tried another wedge, and it was also moldy. The chicken was also super soggy and not very warm, so I just gave up on eating the whole meal… An approximately $10 meal was a total waste. Super disappointing. I will not be coming back.

This is my favorite kfc in burlington
The manager is polite and makes sure you are happy with your order.
Be patient as there is usually only 3 workers, but every time I’ve went food was hot and order was correct.
Sometimes there will be some homeless people in store,but they just trying to get food and out of weather for a bit
Show some compassion and be thankful it’s not you .

My son used the KFC mobile app for pick up. We were told that we needed to come inside to pick up the order. The only problem is that my son is handicapped and uses a cane to walk. So he cannot carry food and drink and safely maneuver back and forth to the car. He uses the mobile app for convenience. This policy creates a new heartless ADA issue. I was met with a rude response at the window. The pick up inside policy is good for a person contracted for delivery, but employees need to have compassion. I am not a fan of this cancer food on any day, but if you decide to eat make sure you at least search for another location where the staff is not rude and dismissive.
Zero stars is what I actually would like to say. I would NOT recommend. Service still matters.

Horrible and I mean absolutely Horrible staff. Food was subpar at best STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE and extremely unprofessional. Chicken was dry sides was cold and this was at 6:30pm not like closing time will not be back at this KFC or really no KFC as the last few times we have been it was either rude staff or food or both (like this time) there is a reason KFC is going out of business and this proves it 100%

Sucks! Food, service all of it! Fire and restart and whole team including the DM if they even have one. Came 3 different times and had to wait at least 15 min to place the order with not a damn soul in sight other than the workers. I see why.

Ordered a family meal and after I paid, I overheard it would be 20-25 minutes. I asked if that included my order. The cashier asked and then informed me it did. I said I didn’t want to wait that long and asked for a refund. The shift leader came over and said she couldn’t process refunds and I would have to come back tomorrow.
Also, the cashier was eating while portioning sides of gravy.
