Don’t get food from here if you don’t want your food angrily packed and damaged sheesh! Smashed and sauce everywhere….so much that everything was so soggy and even the wrapping was soggy and ripped. The fries were cold, soft, and filled with grease. Worst of all the lettuce was old and had mold on it! Even the chicken patty was soggy in spots and cold for no reason….something wasn’t right about it…..Won’t be back. Don’t waste your money. Zero stars if I could. I even called, and the woman I spoke with said that’s not our problem once it leaves the restaurant…..wow….great customer service. I took my food up there to show them what I had received, and a woman claiming to be the manager refused to take responsibility for what they made. I politely asked for the corporate number, gm name, and store #-as in ID number, and she slammed the window on me after saying I don’t have to give you that…..well I sat there politely until someone else came to the window to speak with me in a more respectful manner which someone else did. He actually seemed like the manager, was very polite, and helped answer all my questions. Wasn’t looking for free food because I already paid, and had the food and receipt with me so no one can say that. It was my children’s food which was what was so bad about it.

Best lunch for $5! Burger, nuggets, fries and a drink all for $5?? And it’s good quality?? Wendy’s does it again and again. Every visit, no matter which one, they’re consistently hitting the mark. Service here was also great. Very friendly staff. I would recommend this Wendy’s

Person at window was rude, we were missing food items, and what we got was cold. Unable to get the live chat on website to work, and when you call the customer service number for help, it hangs up on you when you select the option to speak with someone.

I had 2 separate orders both large biggie bags. I was not given a large fry on either orders and only given one sauce. I asked for ranch, didn’t receive it. I also asked for no ice in one drink and it came with ice. Very poor service and quality.

We received one napkin for 4 items. I did not think that was acceptable. The mustard spurted out of the cheeseburger and got all over my mother. Next time I will order with no musttard not their fault. I don’t suppose.

Ordered food from this Wendy’s tonight about 20 minutes ago and someone took a bite out of my apple in my salad and put it back. This is disgusting, this is sick. Who knows what people have, no need to be sharing it. You could have just eaten the entire piece.
