The staff here are so helpful.
I noticed a problem with the BK perks program in their app, but it is nothing the staff at the location couldnt handle.
Drive-through, maybe an hr more at weekends.
Parking is ample and wheelchair friendly.
Restrooms are available for customers.
Amazing discounts through the BK app.

Spent 15$ all I asked was for my whopper cut in half the AI understood what I was asking for why didn’t employees? We’ll anyway it’s Saturday I’m going all the way to Freeport Burger King where I rule there and they have no problem letting me have it my way!!!

I ordered food on door dash and I asked my driver for ranch and he called to tell me the cashier said no because I didn’t pay for it… on the app there is no way to pay for it. I called and told her that, she replied that’s not her problem because it’s policy. I should up because she refused to give he her name over the phone and hung up on me. I don’t think fast food restaurants should be charging for sides of ranch there food is expensive and not the best as it is. If you go to a nicer restaurant they won’t charge you like that. Also if you are going to hold people to the “policy” make sure to put the option to buy on the food apps. When I went in they ignored me for 20 minutes, called a mall cop for no reason. It’s awful how they treat people. Keep this up and people will stop going to Burger King. I know I won’t be going anymore.

The staff were beyond rude. The manager wasn’t any better. I asked for a hot chicken sandwich. She went over to a warmer and got me another chicken out of a warmer not one that was being cooked fresh. After they made me another cold sandwich, they continued to stare and laugh at me. So, I thought maybe they did something to my sandwich. I didn’t eat it . It was cold and from the beginning refused to ask me what it was that I actually wanted on the chicken sandwich. I would of paid the remaining balance but they never asked when told that is not what I ordered. The manager just seemed like she didn’t care about any customer. They hardly spoke English. My fries were cold. I think the only thing that was good was my drink. Nothing else got ate. I’ll never go to that burger king again. 1915 Arden way at around 8pm on February 3,2026. I am white so they thought I didn’t speak Spanish. So, I really know what was going on. They shouldnt speak Spanish and think that all white people can’t speak Spanish my name is Karmen. Yes I’m white and speak Spanish. So very un professional miss manager of the night shift last night. The joke did not play out on your end as you ask were speaking in Spanish about last night about me . You should be fired for that hand down .

If I could put a no star I would, I placed an online order and customized three burgers and every single burger that I received was absolutely wrong I requested no tomatoes on two burgers and both got burgers, I requested no mayo on another burger and it was like I requested extra mayo. Then to top it off when I asked for ranch and bbq I was given attitude because I needed to pay for any sauces, I told him it was fine that I would pay for them I the employee acted like I was inconveniencing him. I’m just thinking how do these guys demand to make more than just minimum wage but can’t get a simple burger order correct

I’m really disappointed with my order. I asked for an Oreo shake, but they brought me a Coke instead. I paid over $30 for a cold burger and fries that didn’t taste good at all. Very frustrating experience.

Went through drive-thru for a drink, felt a little hungry, and saw they have new pickle fries. I asked the guy how much they are for a small or a medium, he says they come in one size. So I asked how much is that size? He tells me $4.49+tax.. And this is what I got for $4.49+tax.. That’s just ridiculous and insulting..

We ordered the Addams family value meal. We couldn’t get the shake but everything else was available. We tried another place the night before, they had no meat at all. This promotion got totally out of hand. The food is same as always, just different because it’s purple.

I’ve been sitting in they’re drive-thru for about 15 minutes, I’m still waiting. I would have left but I already paid for my food through the mobile app. Avoid unless absolutely necessary.

First thing I noticed when walking in, was the big soda spill on the ground that no employee bothered cleaning up.. After placing my order, I asked to use the restroom & the lady said both rest rooms were out of order.. Other customers who came in after me, got their food & left.. I was there for a good 20 minutes still waiting for my order.. When I got back to my hotel room, I realized that none of these burgers had cheese on it.. I will never return to this location..
