this store closes at 11p and i pulled into my spot at 1028 and was told that they “are not taking any more orders” despite an almost empty parking lot… with workers hanging out with teenagers on the patio. i instead ordered pickup online and was able to order? odd

This Sonic says they only have drinks available after 9ish. Majority of their menu is unavailable, so wouldn’t even stop by. Sonic on Atlanta Highway is top tier compared to this one. Just stinks because a nice area should have nice service.

Myisha, William, & Kirk made my trip to this fast food establishment one of the best experiences in a long time. I commented on their friendly customer service over the intercom, speedy service, and hot food. I will be back because of these 3 young folks. Keep up the great work. Someone is always watching. Thank yall, thank yall, thank yall

I spent 27.00 for three combos of which one was a bacon cheeseburger. When I received the order I was told they forgot to add the bacon and they placed it in a small bag. The bacon was not consumable and was burned. I will not be returning. Very disappointed in the quality of food and service

Came through the other night an hour before close and most of their menu was unavailable. Rude workers. Came tonight and they said they couldn’t take anymore orders at 10:28 despite other people getting their drinks? Horrible service

Very rude over the intercom, out of many items including tater tots, onion rings, and pickles?? I almost left after ordering because the option to pay with card wasn’t available at the kiosk & it seemed an inconvenience to bring out the card reader. The delivery to the vehicle was equally unpleasant. I’ve ate at many Sonic’s, but this one needs attention.

This was by far the worst Sonic experience I have ever had and it deserves zero stars. I came to this location to order something simple, an ice cream and a slushie. It should not take long, especially when the parking lot was not busy. Yet I sat waiting for over 10 minutes before anyone brought my order out.

When the ice cream finally arrived, it was already melted. That was my first red flag. I decided to taste it before leaving, and it was spoiled. Spoiled ice cream means their machines are not being cleaned and maintained properly, which is disgusting and dangerous for customers.

I pressed the red button immediately to report it, and the same girl came back out. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional from the start. There was no apology, no accountability, nothing. She shrugged it off and said, “I can remake it.” Why would I want another ice cream from a machine that is clearly filthy and producing spoiled product? I told her no, because I know what Sonic ice cream tastes like and I also know exactly what spoiled milk tastes like. She did not care. Her only response was, “do you want a refund?”

At that point I told her directly that they are not cleaning their ice cream machine and it is nasty. Her response was to say, “let me see your receipt, I’ll have to refund the whole order and my manager isn’t here,” then walk away with the ice cream. Again, no apology, no concern, no ownership of the fact that they just served spoiled food.

By this point my stomach was already hurting from just one bite. That alone should terrify any customer because spoiled dairy can cause real health problems. She came back with cash and the receipt, saying it had to be refunded that way because she “already cashed it out.” Then she demanded the slushie back. I gladly handed it over because at this point, between the long wait, the spoiled ice cream, and the horrible customer service, I had no interest in consuming anything else from that location.

This is not just poor service, this is a complete failure in food safety, management, and customer care. It is unacceptable and it is dangerous. Serving spoiled ice cream shows that they are not following basic cleanliness standards. Allowing employees to handle the situation with zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero apology shows that the staff is either poorly trained or simply does not care. And the fact that the entire situation was brushed off with a half-hearted refund is proof that the management at this location has no control over their operation.

I will never return to this Sonic and I strongly warn anyone else against eating here. If they are comfortable serving spoiled ice cream, who knows what else in that kitchen is not being cleaned or maintained properly. The health department needs to investigate this location immediately before someone gets seriously sick.

Avoid this place at all costs. It is filthy, unprofessional, and unsafe.

This is the Sonic in EastChase.
Customer service was courteous, kind, and enjoyable. I had to wait a minute, but I didn’t mind because we were made aware of the reason. The young lady was very pleasant and I appreciated her.

The food was great and the area was clean. The wait was still MUCH shorter than the old Sonic on Carterhill Rd.

The name on our ticket says Laìla, so THANK YOU, LAILA!

Went to Sonic on our way to the airport. On my second bite I looked and saw that the chicken was raw! We wait in the long drive thru line again because that’s all that was opened. The lady told us it just needed to be cooked longer. We declined that offer, she said she would make more and we said no we want our money back. She asked for the receipt that she did NOT give us, we said we didn’t have it. She says she can’t “look it up” unless she had the receipt. My daughter told her the price EXACTLY and she said she still needed the receipt. It’s crazy that I had to pay for uncooked food and was NOT given my money back!!!!

Amanda at the drive thru window was probably the most polite and friendly person I’ve ever met. She was such a joy! My drink and food were perfect and super fresh also. Great experience
