Finally made it in after hearing great things. Everything we heard was right. Busy for a reason and worth a wait. Food was delicious. Added eggs to an order of enchiladas and it took it to a new level. Steak tacos w were delicious and the tacos al carbon were amazing. Two bites and it became our go to Mexican restaurant. House marg is strong and amazing.

Upscale Mexican restaurant with dinner excellent chefs. They accommodated our group of 15 which grew to 24. Our server Yesaña was patient yet had a great sense of urgency. Our orders were taken accurately, the food came out hot and we all got to eat together. The salsas are amazing and everyone’s dish looked delicious. Had a great time.

Such an awesome spot! Delicious food, genuine kind service. We got the gringas al pastor tacos (so good), the chorizo queso is BOMB & their chips are homemade authentic corn chips, the fries with carnitas are amazing, and we got the flan& Churros for dessert. Everything was so yummy, one of the best places in town!

After other reviewers hype, we were disappointed. We come from Texas and eat Mexican/ TexMex often. Its kind of weird and disappointing that they don’t offer complimentary chips and salsa. We ordered chips and salsa $9 and another serving of chips and guacamole $13. They gave us 2 salsas for the chips (green & red). The guacamole for the other serving was in the same small portion size bowl but we only got 1. The chips were strange as well and almost looked too perfect so made me believe it was very processed.
We had taco al capone, steak fajita salad bowl, three steak tacos and birria tacos.
I did not expect the beans in the fajita salad bowl to be mushy and just to be pinto beans. The steak also seemed dry.
The server was very pleasant but we didn’t enjoy the food that much. I don’t think we will be back.

Really good tacos and sweet owners but it’s a bit expensive $60 lunch for two people. Their nacho chips are cooked more then I would prefer but it seems to be consistent so I feel that is how they choose to prepare them. Recommend the Hefe, steak and carnitas but not the chicken m

Love the tacos , chips and salsa, and margaritas! The El Jefe is my favorite. Great people, friendly atmosphere. We have been coming to Taco Stop since their College location. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting their new location. Used to go to them all the time when they were right off of college in southern Fort Collins. The place had a lot of really high energy and our waiter was really funny and welcoming. The tacos were delicious, as always. Normally, I’m not a huge margarita person, but they did have a seasonal one which was a watermelon margarita and I absolutely loved that it came with a slice of watermelon & a Chamoy rim. Really fresh and good flavor. The fresh guac and chips were good as well. Two people ordering three tacos each, 2 margaritas, and guacamole was about $100 including tip. A little bit pricey as far as street tacos go in my opinion (particularly since I had just gotten back from MX) but they were good and the vibes were great!
