Good food except when they forget the bacon on your sandwich. Or forget your entire side of chicken annd fries. Also often takes forever to get your food pretty much anytine you go here. Waited over 10 minutes at the counter and still didn’t have more order taken. Also they charge for extra sauce which should be illegal.

So I have crohns disease and so there are not a lot of places that I can eat at. So I look online before going to see what they have and I saw a grilled chicken wrap. Now, the tortilla doesn’t settle with me that well so I asked the employee, who had no hat, no smile, and very rude, about using a grilled patties for a sandwich and she very rudely said, “No. Those are only for the wraps. You can get one of those.” I dont want a wrap. If they didn’t have grilled chicken, then I wouldn’t of asked. But there is no wonder why there is not a lot of people who go in the evening. The cashier is plan rude and doesn’t care who she pisses off as long as she has a paycheck. She was already agitated, you could see it in her face, but thats no reason to be rude to customers. If I could give no stars I would. It was the worst experience I had. And as a local, thats pretty bad. The cheese sauce for the chili cheese fries was watered down. It was so thin. That’s not right. The chili itself, tasted pretty bad too. Not sure why but not an item I would get again.

I want to mention Edna tonight was very customer service oriented And sweet and I told her all I have is change and she said , don’t worry about it , it’s fine and went beyond with her caring attitude. They are always very good there at that Wendy’s. All of them, Very friendly and nice and customer service oriented.I love your specials, you have 4 for 4 for etc.

The fries are epic! They still have the skin on some of them! They have excellent crisp unlike other places. I liked the spicy chicken we think McDonald’s is a little thicker meat but still enjoyed it! The buns are better than McDonald’s for sure. Very flavorful! The building is a little dated. It takes me back to the 90’s when things were more simple!

One of the WORST Wendy’s experiences I have had, so much so that I look forward to COMPLAINING with customer service nationally. I second what one of the other commenters said about this being RUDE service. When I called they said “excuse me, what” in a rude tone and then proceeded to be delayed in understanding the price of what type of burger and price I was asking for.
If you are looking for responsive service, this place is not the place for you. I would recommend that you keep driving and take your business to St. Louis, where the fast food service people are kind and competent, unlike here!

Ignoring the terrible sized portions Wendy’s gives to their customer the woman at the front counter was downright hostile the entire time I had to interact with her, proceeded to mop around me so I couldn’t leave my table until it dried, get chewed out for using the kitchen degreaser on tables, and spent most of my time there loudly cursing while talking with her co-workers, and considering how she kept trying to get another coworker to cover her day shift I think they should just do her a favor and fire her cause I’m certainly not coming back if she’s going to continue working here.

I had the chicken stripe. They were better than any others I’ve had before !!!!!!!! So crispy and juicy and tender !!!!!!!! I’m definitely going back for more !!!!!!! They were too expensive for my wallet though

This wendys is not so great, the food quality is very hit or miss and they seem to get overwhelmed easily. I included a picture that shows a sandwich from an order that was missing about half the ingredients and was served on a soggy bun with old fries. Very disappointing
