The papadum was disappointing. It tasted like it had been kept for a long time and then simply roasted and served. It did not feel fresh at all.
Even the masala chai was a letdown, bland and not worth ordering.
I recently dined at Maharajah Indian Restaurant in Verona, and it was an unforgettable experience! Although we didn’t think we were that hungry, the food was so delicious that we couldn’t resist.
We started with the Aloo Chat, which was bursting with flavor and a perfect appetizer. The Eggplant Bhartha was incredibly rich and smoky, leaving us wanting more. We also enjoyed a delightful paneer dish that was creamy and well-seasoned. The Daal was hearty and comforting, complemented perfectly by fluffy rice and freshly made rotis.
Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with authentic Indian flavors. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our evening even more enjoyable.
If you’re in Verona and craving Indian cuisine, I highly recommend visiting Maharajah. You won’t be disappointed!
Samosa and chicken tikka masala was our favourite superb tasty indian food
Dont miss out chai tea ☕️
Quantity is okay. Not like Germany you won’t get free rice with curry.
Then we had Dal makhani which was good too.
They add in our bill for service tax which is 5 euros, too much.
Others hotels also add it. And it’s manadator to pay in Italy. But, in other hotels it’s 3 euro usually.
