I was Wendy’s 3/4/26 around 7:30pm. I have always loved Wendy’s and now I will never come back. The drive thru worker was not helpful and sounded like he wanted to be anywhere else. They don’t have the Apple Pecan chicken salad anymore, or at least today. Though it is still on their outdoor menu board. He didn’t offer me any other salad and I had to ask about it. They don’t have Buffalo sauce anymore but he didn’t tell me what they do have. When I pulled up to the window, he didn’t give me my drinks and I sat there for several minutes with cars behind me. Then another helpful gentleman told me that it would be a few minutes for the tenders and asked me to pull forward. He gave me my drinks.
When I got home, I took out my Taco Salad. The lettuce was brown, the container was only half full, and I didn’t get any dressing. I got sweet chili sauce for the tenders. But I also got a cup of chili that I didn’t order. I’m sure I paid for it though but I can’t be sure because I didn’t get a receipt. I should go back to Wendy’s with my pitiful excuse for a salad and get a refund. I called the store twice and the phone rang for a long time. However, it’s late and I just want to eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich since I can’t eat the salad I paid $9 for.

I always love Wendy’s, but this single location I have received so much attitude from employees before I even step to the counter. My fries have been cold almost everytime now. (There are super respectful people and I greatly appreciate them.)

I ordered a chicken ceaser salad. Restaurant failed to tell me they were out of romaine. No big deal but the salad had only a few very small pieces of chicken, little parmasan cheese, that was kind of melted in top. This was definitely a $5 salad and not the price I was charged. Do better. I have pictures of this ridiculous salad.

I placed an uber eats order here last night, my food was stolen by either another driver or some mistake. Regardless, the workers their tonight were ABYSMAL. I called my uber eats driver, who kept me on the phone as he asked about my order. Their only response is “Someone else took it” and to “Get out my window” Instead of trying to remedy the situation, they were argumentative, and incredibly dismissive over the stolen food.

Just don’t go there. Bacon was burnt , gravy was soggy. Floor was dirty, the equipment was not properly cleaned and they charged me for double bacon and only gave me one order. I did not go back, the atmosphere was to dirty and the air smelled nasty.

The lady on the drive through speaker must have been having a bad night. She wasn’t very kind when taking my order, I even used please and thank you. No greeting just “You can order” I placed my order, “Ne-thin else”….no Thank you. $$ is your total…..that was it. It wasn’t much better at the window. My fries were hot, but when I opened my sandwich, I had these Itty bitty pieces of lettuce, like the scraps in the very middle of a head of lettuce that normal people throw away, like seriously….y’all thought that was good enough…do better.

Super fast service, faster than the Wendy’s I’m used to even. The food was a little cold when I got it, but it wasn’t too bad.
For the speed and making sure I could get it before work though, I would say it’s worth it. Staff were super nice too, so that’s a big plus!
