Would get 5 stars if they could read. I ask for extra lettuce and tomato. They never put it on unless I’m in there directing them how to make it. Also, they forgot the double bacon (that I paid for!!!) again!!! And the blt had no mayo on it even though asked for. Always go inside and tell them how to make your sandwich

Ordered a sub by phone. Went to pick it up and waited 5min before anyone acknowledged us at pick up window. Waited 15 more minutes and a worker told us to pull up because cars were behind us. We pulled up and waited 15 min more. My husband went in and they said we need to go back around thru the drive through. We are not pleased needless to say.

Worst Jersey Mike’s Ever! My picture below is right out of the bag. Wrapping was ripped and the cheese was plastered to the paper. One third of the sub had nothing on it. Just bread. Worst sub ever! I’ve been there multiple times and their lettuce is always brown and the tomatoes are always slimy! I’m getting my money back.

We have been to this location a few times with good food and service, but tonight was very disappointing. Started with the sweet tea having gone off, or soured. When I pointed it out to the manager, he gave me this “who cares” and handed me a couple more cups no one ever came and threw out the spoiled tea. Second issue, our sandwiches weren’t made correctly the wurst of the two I had remade and they still didn’t do what I ordered and had to to take it back a second time. It took 20 minutes at least to get our order right. The manager, who was the one making all the mistakes, was more annoyed than apologetic. He’ll probably review this and then copy and paste the standard response. We’ll see

No idea why this place has such low reviews. I eat here at least once a week and have never had an issue. One of my favorites is the club sub mikes way with jalapeños! I love Jersey mikes subs!

I went in Jersey Mikes last night 10 mins prior to closing. A young white girl fixed my Italian sandwich, and she had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen from someone working fast food. I guess she was mad, because they had already mopped the floors, and it was 10 mins til closing time. She gave me the coldest stare, and when I asked her what comes on the sandwich (Condiments), she straight up ignored me twice. I really could have acted a fool on the little girl, but I kept my cool. A good smack across her face would have set her straight. She was definitely acting bratty and Privileged. I wouldn’t care, if it was 5 mins til closing, I still deserved to be Served and with a good attitude. That Restaurant is in a horrible location and the food is nasty. I don’t see how they stay afloat especially with rude people working there.
