It was lunch time so really REALLY busy inside. I wanted to sit & eat while I read & relaxed before driving home an hour away. Even though it took a while to get to registers to order, they were steady on getting orders out and pretty fast at getting it done. Food was hot, Service was great. Tables could have used a once over but I won’t count down for that because they were really busy. Overall, all the employees handled customers quickly and with friendly professionalism. Great job!

It’s Wendy’s, so the food is less than stellar pretty much anywhere you go. But, what sets this location apart from others is the long wait to even order the food (10 minutes, in store, employees clearly just standing there).

Friendly staff. Order was messed up, with one of two items requested with “no of something” being rung up regular. Food wasn’t baddecently fresh. But ultimately “just okay” which is rough for feeding 3 people at almost $30.

Had the opportunity to visit Wendy’s store in Poplar Bluff Missouri store number 5009. I was a palled at the condition of the store. It was deplorable that one table was clean and was spoken to very hateful. When I asked for a cloth to clean the table. I couldn’t believe the conditions of the store no one was friendly however, the one good thing about it was the taco salad I ordered wasn’t fit to eat however, the manager did make good on it and let me get something else she was about the only good thing in the store. I would not recommend anybody to eat at the store. It was very bad. The floors was dirty where you get the straws was dirty and wet the counter, where you get the catch-up was all messy to. The soda machines needed tending to two.

Nothing in our order for 4 people was correct !! Ex: Kid’s meal (burger)- zero on it except bread & meat; no fruit; fries passable; water was a CUP OF COOL WATER (not bottled H2O)!!

I went to the drive thru around 2 pm on Saturday. The gentleman who took our order was super nice and his happiness was contagious. Excellent customer service! Great food as well!

Poplar Bluff Missouri Wendy’s across from Burger King. Saturday afternoon, stopped at Wendy’s drive through on our way out of town. Ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches, no mayo on both. Both sandwiches had mayo along with mayo on the chicken itself. You could tell they tried to wipe the mayo off. No tomato, lettuce, or pickle on either sandwich. I called, spoke with manager Millie, she basically called me a liar twice saying she watched the cook remake the sandwiches. I asked for the GM info and she hung up on me. I will be filing a corporate complaint since I have the receipt. Worst service ever experienced here and the food was cold and disgusting. I would give zero stars if I could
