The cashier was sweet and professional. However it took almost 30mins to get our food. The soda machine was messed up on alot of the flavors. We got our food, fries are cold and double diped in grease. And still cold. Jipped us a frosty, so had to wait longer bc they didnt charge for one. Restaurant was clean, but definitely off on the cooking today. Very disappointing.

I recently ordered the Classic Asiago Chicken Club Sandwich at the Poplar Bluff Wendy’s. While the flavors were decent, I noticed the chicken patty seemed smaller than in previous visits, which was a bit disappointing. The chicken also felt slightly dry and didn’t seem freshly fried, likely held in a warmer for a while. I’d love to see Wendy’s prioritize fresher preparation and maintain the portion sizes that made their sandwiches stand out. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, but the food quality could use a boost to match the brand’s reputation. Hoping for an improved experience next time!

Seems like so many fast food places have downgraded their meat. Didn’t taste like Wendy’s in other locations. I’m only guessing on the lower quality of the meat but what else could it be? The frosty was great tho!

I have visited this Wendy’s location for the past 5 days that worked. I work 2-10 most days, I arrive by 11pm. Closing time is 12am. Only one night did they have both items I wanted, chili and sour cream chive baked potato. 3 of the nights they only had chili. And tonight? Friday night? NOTHING!!!!!!!! Now this is flat out uncalled for!!!! I’m calling every number I can call, that was too much for me.

This Wendy’s is the best, clean , courteous and efficient. My family and I have been coming here for a couple of years . The manager ( Natasha ) all the employees are great at what they do .

So we’re sitting around and for the 3rd time in an hour a Wendy’s commercial comes on. We’re like, it’s a sign, and that new bbq sandwich looks good. Drove there, put in my order, and literally, it was 17 minutes in the line. Never had to pull up before at Wendy’s. Guy brings it out, no free frosty certificate or even a sorry.
Got the order, it’s about 7 minutes to home so i reach in for some drive fries – dads and moms you know what i mean- and immediately remember why we don’t eat this crap. They’re like soft mush, almost like mashed potato consistency. At least i can look forward to my sandwich.
At home, everyone but my wife had what they ordered. Somehow our 6 dollar sandwich got replaced with a 1 dollar spicy chicken with cheese. I mean here’s the receipt and there’s the nasty chicken sandwich. Not listed anywhere! And no peppercorn mushroom melt to be found.
Anyway i told the wife to tough it and eat it anyway, I’m not driving back up there. She gets all huffy and goes back herself, gets back home and the new sandwich is stupid too, has a peice of square meat that measures 2 by 2 inches. Tastes horrible. And to top it off, now I’m in the doghouse with the wife for spending 50 bucks on fast food that was poorer quality than we could have gotten for 20 at mcds!
Oh yeah. Frosties were ok.

11 mins in the drive through on a non busy Sunday evening to get cold dry cheeseburger, so cold the cheese wasn’t melted, but it was what I ordered.
