Im so tired of not getting my order right. How is it so hard to get 2 number ones, one single patty burger and one double patty burger and a chicken club combo? I did get the salad I ordered. I was charged for a chicken club but received 2 single patty burgers. They were cold and the edges were very hard. The fries were cold and greasy. I ordered 2 dr. peppers and a coke. I received 3 cokes. When I made it home I called and told them they made a mistake but the girl I spoke with was so rude it just wasnt worth it. I will travel further to a different wendys. Just disgusting. On a road trip and this was by the gas station I stopped at so ordered some lunch. Had already hit the road by the time I discovered a massive clump of hair in my nuggets. 0/10.

I travel frequently for work and often stop at Wendy’s for lunch. Today, I visited this location and ordered my usual four Cheesy Cheddar Burgers. These are listed under the hamburger section on the order screen and have their own button labeled “Cheesy Cheddar Burger.”
I’ve never had an issue with this order at any other location, but today I was told politely but firmly that this would be the last time they’d make it for me. I wasn’t being rude or difficult, so it was disappointing to be met with that response for ordering something that’s clearly on the menu.
I’ve always enjoyed the consistency of Wendy’s across locations, and I hope this was just a one-off misunderstanding. I’d appreciate some clarification on whether this item is still available.

There is never anyone else in here when we come.
They may not know it’s open because it’s always very dark at night, so I’ve wondered that myself.
But the food is always good and the employees are always friendly.
The dining room can definitely use a good makeover though, it looks old and dosent seem very clean, even though I’ve witnessed them cleaning it.

Someone needs to let the closing manager/drive through lady go. Is that the kind of people you want interacting with customers? She was rude from the start when ordering and was slamming windows and had attitude the entire experience. THEN when pulling off she is screaming profanities out the window?? For a grown woman she sure is acting like a child. I understand going through the drive through 20 minutes before close can be frustrating, but they were still open. I hope the owner or higher up checks these reviews because I would be embarrassed to have her on my staff.

Went through 20 minutes before close the manager at the window was rude from the start. we were polite placing our order and we pulled up to the window and she was slamming the drive through window and snatched the money out of my hands. She rolled her eyes bc we asked for ranch and was visibly throwing stuff sloppily into our bag. she threw the bag out the window and i checked the bag to make sure the ranch was in it and she mumbled somethin and i said thanks have a nice night and she started cussing out the drive through window as another car was driving up and we were pullin off she cursed and yelled profanity’s highly unprofessional and disrespectful all because she has to take an order 20 minutes before close. we heard her cussing from the stop light out of wendys. the food was horrible and messed up on top of all that don’t waste your time everyone of the workers there are miserable and have horrible attitudes because they don’t want to do their job. i hope the manager at the window gets talked to by corporate or fired once i call and complain, not my first time having issues with her at this restaurant.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve lived in Kennett for 2 years and would be able to go here with out worry when I first moved here. The past 6 months or so is a different story. Sometimes they mess the order up with small things, that might inconvenience myself, but I can’t get over it. However, today when my family and I went, we ordered ahead with their mobile app, told them at the speaker the name on the mobile order. We were told to pull forward to the window, so we did. When we got to the window, we were told that “they were going to have to figure it out because they couldn’t find the order”, even though it had been paid for, and the app showed our order was ready. So we had to pull up and wait for them to make our order. We left and when we got home, we realized they left out an entire kids meal except the mini frosty that came with it. We called to ask for a partial refund and the employee who answered the phone was not only rude, but was more interested in talking to her coworkers and not even sounding the least bit interested in why we were calling. Food is usually colder than I’d personally prefer, mainly the fries, and the service from the employee’s is usually awful. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

The bathroom was disgusting for ladies because an employee was in there for over 30 minutes and the toilet wouldn’t flush. They had to clean the men’s because it was disgusting also so customers could use it. The tables and floors could use a cleaning along with the trash was full . I would never stop there again.
