The food is always good. They always get our orders correct. Staff is good. I even saw a staff member outside picking up people’s trash they just threw out of their cars. These people are doing a lot and still serve delicious food.

This place sucks, no restrooms, long waits and rude employees with attitude problems. Even the managers. Just need to close this place down in my opinion or revamp the staff and procedures. Take your money and deny you the privilege of using the restroom. Just diabolical.

Worse location ever! Unprofessional. Fry cook must not be able to tell a regular nugget from a spicy nugget! Received wrong food nd also didn’t receive all my food .. do not order through door dash they don’t handle DoorDash customer with care!

Great service, great food! This location stays busy due to fresh hot food and exceptional customer service! I’ve never gotten cold, old food from here and if anything is wrong, they fix it asap. I’m confused by the reviews, this places stays packed!

The manager there is so sweet..and she keeps her co workers moving..durning the evening is very busy but the wait is never long..they are pretty fast
UPDATE.. the last 3 times I have been to this location I was disappointed but this time I remembered too get pics. They must have a new manager and it definitely shows.. customer service is an negative -5 why have people who don’t want to greet you..look like they hate their job no smile. I ordered some red pepper ghost fries.. absolutely horrible!!!! I think I got fries with flavored grease!!!!! Paid 3.90 for some fries that I couldn’t even eat..I will never go back to this location again

Never got my order taken at the speaker. Pulled to the window and the crew member and the mgr with the long dreads refused to take my order, told me to pull back around and to move out of the line or they would call the police. If the crew had just said just a minute I would’ve been ok with that. But she reflected her leader in the moment. I will be reaching out to the GM or higher.

The drive thru was wrapped around the building. The new Peppermint frosy was not the best. Always go with the Original!! The customer service was great even though they was Crowded!!! Thanks for the good attitude!
