We loved it! A friend recommended it and it didn’t disappoint!!

We copied another table’s order — it felt a bit risky, but it was totally worth it. It took us out of our comfort zone and we ended up loving every single dish.

We had the shrimp dumplings, rice crepe with fried donut, chicken feet, pork soup dumplings, deep-fried shrimp rolls, baby bok choy with oyster sauce, and hot & sour soup — everything was delicious

Given this is a chain I wasn’t expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised! It’s easy to find & order all sorts of specialty dishes including dim sum as they have Ipads with a logical UI. If you’re expecting Panda Express level don’t go here…it’s so much better. The freshness level was very high, whereas many Dim Sums simply reheat. The servings here are much closer the offerings found in mainland China. This specific location is very nice & hop skip & a jump from Mellenium Park. I recommend this place.

Solid food for the price, good for sharing with the table. Food came out fairly quick. You order everything on an iPad. We came as a group of 8 with a reservation on a Tuesday night, but there were many tables open at the time. Overall, a good casual place.

We went MingHin Cuisine based on an internet recommendation. We ordered family-style and had a filling meal. Still, the tea was the highlight for me. The service was good. It’s a nice spot.

MingHin is a fantastic neighborhood spot for dim sum. The roast duck was especially delicious—crispy skin and tender meat. Prices are reasonable, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The seating is spacious and comfortable, making it great for both small and larger groups. The restaurant is also very clean and well-lit, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving quality dim sum in a relaxed setting.

This visit wasn’t the best, nothing really stood out in a good way.
I ordered beef honeycomb tripe, but they brought the wrong dish twice. The second time was still incorrect, but I just went with it (maybe they were out and decided to substitute it).
The food was okay overall. I tried the chicken feet, taro cake, stuffed tofu skin, lettuce oyster, and egg custard tart. 6/10

The drinks were the highlight, very refreshing! Mango was so good 8.5/10, and the lychee honeydew was excellent 9.5/10.

Service was quick, and the restroom was clean.

The service at this establishment was exceptionally poor, despite the quality of the food. The absence of water and the lack of a prompt inquiry regarding our hydration were glaring issues. Additionally, the milk tea was unpalatable. Furthermore, we were served saucer plates instead of dinner plates. I explicitly requested a dinner spoon, but instead, I was given soup spoon. This oversight occurred despite not ordering soup.
The service at this establishment was consistently inadequate and should be improved. Look the photos there is no water, our plates is saucer! Unacceptable!

Recently, I tried a variety of dishes from the Asian menu here, and they were all delicious. The cocktails, in particular, stood out for their quality and reasonable pricing. The atmosphere in the central dining room was enjoyable, but the sections near the entrance and the windows left much to be desired. The area by the windows lacks coziness and borders the kitchen, where there’s a constant view of staff bringing in and out dishes, which detracts from the ambiance.
The service was hit-or-miss—some of the waitstaff and seemed a bit grumpy, which was unexpected. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Chicago with stunning views of the skyline. While there are definite highlights here, like the food and location, the overall impression could be improved with a few adjustments to service and the interior layout.

This is my first time dining at MingHin Cuisine and impressed with the menu. The atmosphere was great and clean, and the food was tasty at a reasonable price.

We ordered Dim Sum, Streamed bun, and meat meals like crispy pork belly and beef briskets and enjoyed them.

All staff are very welcome and kind. I would recommend this place if you crave Chinese food in Chicago.
