Most consistent taco bell I have experienced. Always a late night drive through and I have had 30+ trips over two years with no real issues. Food is right, reasonable wait, and 9/10 of the team are friendly. Some exceptionally so. Not a super bell fan but hard not to keep going when they are that consistent.

The little to no meat in them. I ordered the $9 box the tacos had nothing in them and the so-called steak quesadilla had very little in it nowhere worth what they are charging. Have pictures but it won’t let me upload pictures. Taco Bell’s getting to be a joke.

I had such a bad experience today unfortunately. Our Beefy 5 layer burritos smelled and tasted rotten. The new churros we got didn’t have most of its filling and were much smaller than expected, same luck with the crunch wraps. Half of the black bean one was just empty the other one was barely filled. Didn’t get forks for our potatoes so we had to eat them by hand. So hungry we didn’t bother to go back as it was a late lunch grab today. I don’t know if they just had a bad day but it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell.

Always get great hot food from this taco bell, there short people but always get hot fresh food so it make up for the wait, drive thru is faster, but we always go in and sit and relax and eat.

I just want to give a shout out to the cashier ( a very petite young lady) and manager that was on duty around 5pm Saturday 9-20-25. First of all the cashier was so friendly & helpful. My husband myself & two grandaughters were dining in. I noticed a man walking through the parking lot he came inside sit in a corner by himself. I watched to see if he was going to order food he didn’t. I kept watching & realized he may not have money to eat with. I walked over & ask if he was hungry…he said yes. I told him I would buy him something to go order. The manager over heard me & she said she would take care of his meal. I was so glad to see her kindness for taking care of him. You don’t see a lot of good like that these days it did my heart good!

Picked up my order about 15 minutes ago and it was honestly terrible. The place was completely empty, and the workers were just ignoring me. I stood there for a while before anyone came to the counter, even though the drive-thru wasn’t even busy — they just didn’t care to check if anyone was inside.
I ordered only 5 minutes before getting there, so there’s no reason my food should’ve been that cold — but it was. No heater, nothing. They just left it sitting there. The tacos had almost no ingredients, basically just tortillas, and the nachos had no meat at all. Everything was stale, cold, and tasted disgusting.
Definitely not coming back.

Honestly, I’m not even mad—just confused. The meat and sauce had the density of a ketchup packet. I sincerely hope the person who made this stubs their toe. Nothing serious, just enough to reflect.

I ordered my food and was seated waiting for it when a kid with no shirt and his buddy came inside to order their food instead of being told to put a shirt on before being allowed to enter the restaurant these people said nothing to him I guess Taco Bell doesn’t care about a dress code or health code for that matter! This will be my last time eating here again!

Beth, the manager at 2nd Ave SW location, & her staff are excellent. I get food there at least 4-5 times a week. I have never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell. My Mexican Pizza just right.

Food was awful. We had a $60 ticket for 2 people and all of it was thrown together with no meat or toppings and all the hardshell were crushed and you couldn’t even eat it with your fingers and even if we could we didn’t have a single napkin to wipe our hands with. All of it was cold as well and honestly really bad tasting. I have never had such a bad experience at a taco bell. When you spend that much money on Fast food you expect a lot more.
