One of the worst wendy’s out there, they undercooked the burgers and a chicken sandwich we order. They gave us raw chicken!! This is unacceptable! there is no excuse for undercooked chicken. Then I called the location and the manager was unprofessional rude!! “Said I have to time to check the orders” he was understaffed. I warn others to stay away or double check your food.

I’ve been giving this Wendy’s chance after chance all year, but I’m done. The cleanliness here is disgusting, and it never gets better. This time, gnats were actually inside my drink, and there were flies all over the dining room — seats, windows, everywhere. The bathroom was hot, filthy, and full of gnats too. The staff keeps changing, yet the same sanitation problems stay. At this point, it feels like no one in management cares at all. This place needs a complete reset or a serious inspection. I have pictures to prove but at this point I’m going to customer care for help because the store manager isn’t enough.

I don’t know any nearby location that has got an open dine-in. That is sad because one of the best things about visiting Wendy’s is their Coca-cola freestyle. Luckily, the quality and taste of food don’t depend on whether you are getting take-out or eating at the restaurant. For two people, we’ve ordered Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger triple, Big Bacon Classic triple, and fries with a hot sauce. I could only finish half of my burger at once. Unfortunately, it doesn’t taste the same the next day. But our order was hot and fresh as always. Also, I love ghost pepper ranch sauce (it’s not super spicy, of course). I wish they were selling it in regular bottles, to have some at home at any time.

This place is very clean inside and out, but it is severely understaffed. The food took longer than normal to be prepared because many people were doing multiple things at once. Also they failed to replace BOTH ketchup dispensers and the pop dispenser was missing Coca-Cola Flavor (see pictures below), but they at least had ketchup packets. When I brought it to the staff they simply told me to go to the other pop machine which tells me this has been a ongoing problem (one of the customers confirmed that). The wifi is a little spotty as well, but overall it not a horrible place to have eat a meal, but definitely needs a little TLC.

The ladies are so nice and professional, excellent customer service and with a beautiful smile on their faces, Thanks to lovey lady J and Amera. I had a large breakfast order right before the cutoff time, and they were so nice to me and I know if I would off gone somewhere else, I would of not had this wonderful treatment. They made my day and my daycare kids, they are so happy with their breakfast ☺️ Thank you all and sorry for the cooks for making them over work in the last minute, just want to let you know that we really appreciate you and thank you for cooking for us.

This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had in this establishment. It was always my go to place but after this experience I won’t be back. All of the employees that worked tonight’s shift should be fired. They clearly didn’t care, were disrespectful and cheated us out of food we paid for. We had to go through the drive thru twice only for them to get the order WRONG TWICE
When we went through the drive thru the first time..we ordered 2 biggie bags plus an extra sandwich. For biggie bag 1 it was a bacon double stack with no pickles and BBQ sauce for the nuggets. For biggie bag 2 it was a chicken sandwich with no mayo and sour sauce for the nuggets. The extra sandwich was a crispy blt. When we received our order there was no extra sandwich, no sauces for the nuggets, I didn’t receive my chicken sandwich, the double stack had pickles and we barely received any fries.
Went back to the drive thru, waited for a while because they were backed up orders and when it was our turn- Informed the workers that our order was wrong. He was rude, slammed our bag on the counter, redid our order and got it wrong AGAIN-no extra sandwich AGAIN, the chicken sandwichwas disgusting. At that point it was late, there was a line and we decided to just leave. So angry we spent over 30 mins just for them to get our order wrong twice. It was clear they didn’t care, in the background we could hear them laughing & joking. There were also 2 other people that were upset about their orders. Never going back!!! The attached photo is the sandwich I waited for 30 mins to receive

I’ve only had the app for about 3 months and prior to having it my food was 9 out of 10 times fresh. Today I haven’t eaten all day so you would think my first meal would taste delicious no matter what it is but that clearly wasn’t the case by far.I ordered food via the app and I kind of knew it would be nasty because I got it way too fast. I literally pulled over in the parking lot, ordered my food, pulled up to the drive thru and told them my order name, the cashier had me pull up, and as soon as I got to the window I got my drink and then my food. I stay like 3 mins ago and the cheese wasn’t melted on my baconator fries and of course they wasn’t hot and my baconator was hot either. That’s just terrible service and that’s exactly why they have 3.8 stars which it should be maybe 2 stars.
