A Filipino hole-in-the-wall — very utilitarian in simply offering a plethora of turo-turo options for breakfast or lunch platters, in a non-descript Daly City strip mall surrounding. Dining area often doubles as food prep station.

In addition to lumpia, a number of fried specialties available on the fly, including Whole Fish. Pancit is largely glass noodle vermicelli as base, with generous amounts of animal protein. Pork Sisig is charred and flavorful — make sure to add on chili vinegar. Bittermelon with Eggs offers a nice bitter relief from the salt and fat of other dishes.

Go for the flavors rather than the decor. Generously portioned lunch platters can easily feed 2. Not uncommon seeing Filipino guests coming in for bulk orders to enjoy with family at home

We’ve only ordered their Lumpias to go which is good however this day we were tired from work it was on the way home and decided to dine in and try their hot food. Food was not so good and their pork had a funny taste. The only thing safe to enjoy was the Lumpias and their rice. Don’t know if we were served items that have been sitting all day under the heat and the pork thing in the container was nasty. We ended up throwing our plates away. Very disappointed. Never Again going back there.

I’m not qualified enough to discriminate between the tastes of the different regions and provinces of the Philippines, but they obviously pride themselves on Pampaganian flavors as they project that with their restaurant name.

I can vouch that these folks serve up fresh hot food from their kitchen, Turo-turo style, which means you just point at the ready-made dish you want and they serve it to you.

As for the taste, I don’t find their flavors to be anymore distinct than the other Filipino places to set them apart other than that I kindly say their dishes seem more bland, but of course, that’s a matter of personal opinion. To be sure though, they have a wide variety of options and I haven’t tried all of them.

And as this place goes, their presentation is about as bland as well, very utilitarian without any aesthetic considerations other than boxes of supplies also piled around the dining area. Oh, they did put decorative tablecloths on their tables, that’s a plus.

Their location is at a pretty unremarkable strip mall at a busy intersection, so they are busy. It’s a reliable place to go, I support them for their well-being as a solid provider of ethnic dishes and the folks there are super nice.

I give them props for their staying power in an area that has a relative high concentration of Filipino food competitors, so something must be working in their favor.

All in all, maraming salamat po for your services to the community.

Located within a strip mall. There are free parking spaces available. The place is small with limited seating.

I came here for breakfast and I was not disappointed. They have tapsilog, kalsilog, and logsilog. Stagg was friendly and helpful.

The place could be more organized. The boxes in the dining area make the place look tacky.

If is was possible to give 0 stars that is what it deserves, horrible service, they sell items that they don’t have in for any left and they price is too much for the quality of food.

After multiple visits , I can say the food is bland except for the Kaldereta, that’s pretty much the only thing they got going for them. The lumpiang gulay was a shocker, instead of the traditional, toge, they wrapped up frozen mixed vegetables and fried it. They also use the dining area as an extension of the kitchen, where they chop vegetables and other kitchen duties. Staff is not friendly , still haven’t been greeted with a welcome or goodbye after eating.

I’ve been buying food from this place for years. Good food and reasonable prices. But lately I’m quite a bit disappointed that the way they cook on certain food have changed. My favorite is the menudo, it was tasty and the meat just about right in softness but lately it has no flavor and the meat is either hard of over cooked? Don’t forget the Turon. This banana should be sweet or ripe but it’s not it’s hard and dry. I’m one disappointed cuz those are my favorite food to eat. And one last thing, the servers doesn’t not know how to smile! I’m gonna just stop going there for now.
